Very kind helpful staff. Great breakfast. Pleasant inside and outdoor spaces. The room was tiny, but I'm aware that it you want a five-star room you have to pay for it.

Air conditioning in room was just about right, but duvet in high summer is just crazy. Much too hot with duvet but cold without. Why no summer bed cover? Garden pleasant in very hot weather but chairs uncomfortable. Decent restaurant.

Horrible experience!!! I booked the hotel because it’s sold “with air conditioning” and what an awful surprise the room was super hot and the AC just made horrible noise ñ!!! We called to the reception and they just told us “ yeah all hotel rooms are the same” we couldn’t sleep at all!! And there were no option to open the windows either

The most helpful and kind staff on reception. Gave lots of helpful suggestions and welcoming. The grounds were nice at the end of the day to have a drink from the restaurant. Rooms are clean, basic and functional- which is what we needed for a night on our trip

The room is very small and needs some TLC. NO airco or any way to cool the room. Easy parking and nice outdoor bar area.

Stayed two nights during wet weather in Aix. Were very well looked after by friendly staff. Room was small but comfortable, and bed was made for the second day. Bar restaurant serves good food and snacks, with friendly service and pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel room key system didn’t work but the staff were great at opening our doors. Staff are lovely - checkin, restaurant, bar - but the bathrooms could use an update and the location could be better.
