Room was ok and nice sleep. Unfortunately I arrived late night, as previously informed, an no one was there... I wait more than 30 minutes to be attended... then no one is asking me anything... no documentation... no covid certification... really poor reception service

The hotel is clean and located in a calm area of the city, slightly decentralized. Free parking, very nice garden, restaurant and pool area make a friendly impression. Room clean and arranged with ibis standards, so no surprise if you know it. Nice and helpful hotel team. I recommend it for guest who need to reach easily the Marseilles airport.

The overall cleanliness of both the room and the rest of the facilities is not too good. We have not had the perception that we have been made the room on a daily basis. The bin has not been removed. We have not been made a bed. We have not changed our towels. We have not been replaced by water paper. it is possible that this situation is due to a misunderstanding on my part, because the rules have changed in recent years.... that this type of service is no longer on a daily basis ....., if this is so, it would be good to specify it explicitly in the room or in the establishment to avoid bad perceptions ..... the public WC are also very dirty, and without WC paper and soap..... external bins, constantly full. In a positive way, the hotel is in a perfect location, it have a lot of possibilities to improve and achieve the perfect rate to be a 10 rate establishment!!!.... I hope my experience can help you to improve...

Room condition was below average. Bathroom is disgusting and stinky, needs complete renovation. Staff made several mistakes (like programming the room key for one day instead of the overall stay). Cleaning staff forgot the cleaning cloth and a a used pillow cover in the room (staff not even apologising and claiming it is a normal human error). Pool condition is lousy (tiles falling apart). We were denied room cleaning for the first days and this was only reversed following our repeated requests. Same for keeping the pool open until 19:00 instead of 21:00 (officially disclosed).
