Smoothless check in, got room upgrade. No welcome drink was offered though, despite being Platinum level customer. Room very comfortable, spotless cleaning and good amenities. Beds comfortable but pillows too hard

The staff was wonderful and our room was comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to the things we wanted to see. I didn’t understand about having to park at the city parking garage but it worked out okay. We had one dinner in the hotel.

Very nice shirt stop in Aix with the kids. The hotel is perfectly located to do everything by foot. The service was excellent and the pool was a big plus for the kids
