This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the city centre, and having parking available is a big plus. Although a late check-out wasn’t possible, we really appreciated being able to spend some extra time by the pool and take a shower afterwards before continuing our holiday to Corsica. A very pleasant stay and definitely a hotel we would choose again!

Welcomed in check in by wonderful staff. The room was fully renovated and very clean.Buffet breakfast was excellent.

We came second time to the hotel. We loved it. Everything was just perfect. From the parking in the garage, valet service, fabulous room with the terrace overlooking the swimming pool, wonderful breakfast, location of the hotel… it was just perfect stay in Aix.

Overall it was good. We were disappointed with our terrace which was very narrow and had only one sun lounger. Most other terraces were wider and had 2. Getting a seat by the pool was a a challenge and we succeeded only once.

From start to finish, we had a really lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. I was away with a friend and so we shared a twin room - more than spacious enough for the 2 of us . We really liked the touch screen air con and the pool - needed in the hot weather! Location was perfect too - centrally located with the gare routine, gare SNCF and the Cours Mirabeau all only minutes away. I can't fault it - i would 100% stay again. Merci mille fois - c'était parfait!

I stayed at your hotel last summer and although the room was tired and the carpet dirty, needing to be replaced, it was lovely. It’s why I decided to stay again, and I you supporters surprised that all the rooms had been updated. I see some issues supporters the rooms online, but I was very satisfied with mine. What was disturbing, however, was the fact that when I returned to the hotel one afternoon, my door was ajar —OPEN. When I went downstairs to notify the front desk and suggest that the HVAC person who was apparently going into all the rooms to check the system, the front desk person was smiling, and not particularly worried about my room being left insecure. To me, this is worse than any comment about a room not having the highest end pillows or being too small. Having had my credit card stolen when I was in Italy on the same trip, there is nothing that is more important my safety and the safety of my belongings. This was an inacceptable breach, and worse yet was the cavalier response of the woman at the front desk. She should have at least acted concerned and said taht she would tell the worker immediately to make sure he made certain that each room was secured after he entered it.

Great location with everything in Aix easily walkable. Nice decorated (recent refurb), really helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast. Only downsides were very poor water pressure in our showers and we found the beds soft/uncomfortable (but appreciate that is personal preference). Not a criticism, but best for families to be aware that the pool is quite small and became crowded so it’s not a place for boisterous children most of the time. But it’s great to have a pool in a city centre location.

We had a great experience from the time we arrived. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We arrived before check in, but the front desk staff kindly showed me to the pool changing room to freshen up after our long flight. We got a drink at the bar, and I was delighted to have the best Aperol spritz I've ever had! The mixologist was phenomenal. We explored town a bit before check in, and the hotel is nicely located just a short walk from everything. The staff gave us a map and recommendations, which we greatly appreciated. Room was comfortable and well decorated. We also really enjoyed breakfast and the gorgeous views by the pool. We did not enjoy the pool unfortunately as we decided to spend more time in town. Overall, excellent stay!

In pool area some people don't return their towels and those are not removed either. This creates later problems to find free places. Another problem I face regularly in France is that my benefit for weekend breakfast is not automatically recognised and hotels try to charge it. It happened also here. The garage has excellent parking spots.

The hotel is in a great location, amazingly clean and tidy at all times, including your room. The staff are also amazing, polite, helpful and nothing is too much for them. Pool is very clean and of a good size and the facilities are excellent.
