No water on 2 morning, at 7AM. On Wednesday and Friday. Hotel is under renovation. Reception told me the warm water ballon exploses. 2 times in 3 days, no way ...

We sincerely apologize for the serious inconvenience caused by the lack of hot water on two mornings during your stay. We fully understand your frustration, especially during a business trip, and we agree that such a situation is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of comfort and service we strive to provide. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations aimed at improving our facilities and preventing this type of issue in the future. However, this does not excuse the disruption you experienced, and we are truly sorry for the impact this had on your stay. The hotel itself was very nice, beautifully decorated for the holidays, convenient location, and a welcoming, helpful staff. As All Accor members, we received a free welcome drink. In our room, we were pleased and surprised to find a dog bed, water bowl and a bag dispenser for collecting poo. The fridge had complementary sparkling and flat water. King bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
