The suite I selected online was not available. The dining options were limited in both scale and comfort. And then there was pervasive noise from morning till night.

We regret that the renovation works were not communicated clearly enough prior to your arrival, as well as the inconvenience caused by the noise. We also apologize that the suite you selected was not available and that the dining experience did not meet your expectations during this transition period. Please also accept our apologies regarding the situation with the corkscrew and the in-room amenities. Excellent location within walking distance of everything in old town. Room nicely appointed. Desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly. Despite the fact renovations were ongoing, there was no issue with noise. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is getting more beautiful by the day, grace to some beautiful renovations. In general these renovations do not bother the guests at all, but this time they choose to do works in the restaurant exactly at breakfast time. The whole day the restaurant/lobby is empty....just not at breakfast.

All the staff was very nice and helpful, and the manager as well , but the facility was under renovation. In my case, there was no notice during the booking about this, so since I arrived 1st, the parking was out of service, so I had to park in public parking , which cost me.2nd, I work all night, and due to renovations in progress, it was too noisy in the morning, so I couldn’t sleep. For me, everything didn’t go well at all. Again , the staff was really helpful. You just need to add notice during the booking about the status of the place.
