Rooms The only thing that let the room down was I don't think it was vacuumed throughout the stay. Wear and tear can't be helped. Everything else was good. Safety In a quiet area which felt very safe. Walkability 10 mins walk to shops, local pizza place. About a 35 mins easy walk into Aix en Provence, very safe. Food and drinks Breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from and the coffee machine was the best. The pre-ordered meals for the group were very basic. Hotel highlights Quiet, great value, staff were very nice.

Booked in by a tour company for a week and the reviews say it all. It was the dirtiest and most poorly maintained bedroom I have ever stayed in including filthy carpets and holes in the curtains. Whilst a fridge and kettle are provided which are very welcome this so called 4 star hotel only provides paper cups in both the bathroom and bedroom. When 1 of our party asked if they could have a glass they were told no they are only for the business guests!!! The breakfast spread is excellent but the other food is very poor with no choice whatsoever for tour groups. Bedding and towels are good. The bus service into Aix is excellent just as well as its a 30 minute uphill walk into town. Very very disappointing.

Overall it was a good experience. Good reception. Good restaurant. Nice and featured room but it was smelling fresh painting :-(. Would be nice to have a fitness room.

A really good place, I enjoyed the space in the room and the services. It could be useful to install some elevator for the guests with heavy luggages
