We are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you encountered such serious issues. Regarding the parking issue, we regret that your medical restrictions were not taken into account but unfortunately our parking have only 2 places and we didn't have a booking. Our team strives to accommodate the specific needs of our guests, and it is unfortunate that this was not the case during your stay. We are especially concerned by the incident you mentioned in your room. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and in no way reflects our service standards.
