Day and night staff were welcoming and helpful and generally responded to any requests that we made. Access to cool water throughout the day was welcomed. The building and the room was too hot. The breakfast was not 4 star. The choice and quality of food was not generally good. We expected a better selection of seasonal fruit. We recently stayed in a 4 star NH hotel with a much better quality of room and breakfast. There was no way of accessing the hotel or once inside the lift without climbing stairs.

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only minor complaint would be that top floor room had a pointed corner of a beam that would hit my head ( I’m tall). I taped a paper cup over this corner to prevent this.

It nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel. My booking was breakfast included, the hotel tried to invoice me the breakfast on top...

The closed down cafe on the ground floor adversely affects the appearance of the hotel which unfortunately does not help with first impressions. However the hotel itself is well kept and really good.

I stayed 5 nights while working in Rodez. The hotel is located near good restaurants, the cathedral, Musée Soulages, etc. My room was a little disappointing for ****: dark, carpeted, no fridge or safe. But it was OK. Breakfast was good and the bar is comfortable. The staff were exceptional: they could not have been more professional, friendly, and helpful. I left the day before I planned because all trains to Toulouse on the day I was travelling were cancelled because of flooding, The person at Reception found me a ride to Toulouse at a very good price -- less than half what I was quoted by car services.
