A beautiful lobby and well kept public spaces. My room was very clean but for a four star hotel I would expect ceramic coffee cups and some toiletries. Staff were lovely and breakfast well stocked.

No parking available; Medical restrictions not being accommodated as in previous visit; Parking space was then made available as an exception, Now get to a parking garage which was a problem; Insulting behaviour of service was totally unacceptable; Getting out of the shower and naked from the waist down, service (manager ?) opened the room , came in the room without knocking, without identifying; NEVER EVER in all my travel have we been insulted n such a way. Needless to say, we will NEVER set foot in that place again.

Regarding the parking issue, we regret that your medical restrictions were not taken into account but unfortunately our parking have only 2 places and we didn't have a booking. Our team strives to accommodate the specific needs of our guests, and it is unfortunate that this was not the case during your stay. We are especially concerned by the incident you mentioned in your room. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and in no way reflects our service standards. We take your feedback very seriously and will immediately investigate this matter to ensure it does not happen again.
