We are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you encountered such serious issues. We fully understand how distressing these situations must have been, and we would like to extend our deepest apologies. Regarding the parking issue, we regret that your medical restrictions were not taken into account but unfortunately our parking have only 2 places and we didn't have a booking. Our team strives to accommodate the specific needs of our guests, and it is unfortunate that this was not the case during your stay. We are especially concerned by the incident you mentioned in your room. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and in no way reflects our service standards. We take your feedback very seriously and will immediately investigate this matter to ensure it does not happen again.
