We stopped here on our way home from Spain as our usual choice - the Ibis Budget in Millau- was fully booked. We booked the highest priced room with a balcony. It wasn’t worth it. The room was big but there was a lack of attention to detail. We had to ask for a television remote control which wasn’t delivered for over 40 minutes. When we contacted them again. The staff were busy. We had to park our car on the church car park - even though the hotel has its own secure car park. There was one tiny bin in the bathroom but no bin bag. I thought we were paying for a higher level of luxury. We weren’t.

This Ibis is well located near the centre of Millau with its own car park. The refurbished rooms are excellent - spacious and comfortable. The only improvement I would suggest is to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was slightly disappointing compared to other IBIS hotels we’ve stayed in recently. For example there were only 2 choices of cereal - no muesli or granola.

Found the hotel dirty, laundry being sorted in the bar area. Staff where nice but let down by a shabby old hotel That could be nice if it was updated
