Only on arrival did we find out the car park is at some distance and up a very steep hill. Due to road works blocking Rue Emile Zola difficult to return to the hotel from car park. Very limited restaurant menu, no lunch menu, no room service.

We are sincerely sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding access to the hotel, we understand the inconvenience caused by the roadworks affecting Rue Émile Zola. However, we would like to mention that an information email was sent to all arriving guests, including yourself, three days prior to arrival to advise of the temporary road closure and provide alternative access information. We regret if this communication did not fully address the difficulties you encountered. Concerning the parking facilities, we appreciate your comments and understand that the location and access may not be equally convenient for all guests. Your suggestion regarding a valet parking service has been noted and will be considered as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience. We would also like to clarify that room service is available at the hotel through our dedicated room service menu. We are therefore sorry if this information was not clearly communicated during your stay. With regard to our restaurant offering, our culinary philosophy is based on fresh, seasonal products prepared daily by our kitchen team. As a result, our menus are intentionally concise and quantities are limited in order to guarantee the highest quality and freshness of each dish served. While we understand that you would have preferred a broader selection, this approach reflects our commitment to authentic and carefully prepared cuisine. We are nevertheless concerned by your comments regarding housekeeping and cleanliness. The situation you described does not reflect our usual standards, and we have shared your observations with the relevant department to ensure additional attention is paid to these details. We also regret that you felt the level of attentiveness from our team did not meet your expectations, particularly during your departure. Providing warm, proactive and personalized service remains a priority for us, and your feedback has been discussed with our management team. Thank you once again for sharing your experience. Fabulous hotel right in the centre of Figeac. The hotel as been sympathetically modernised in an old building, lots of orginal features. The gardens and courtyard are very tranquil. All the staff were extremely helpfully, nothing was to much trouble. Our room was very spacious and extremely comfortable.The breakfast was plentiful, offering cooked and continental choices. We had an excellent stay.

Hotel and rooms beautiful. However our friends passports and money went missing whilst at the hotel and when contacted they said that we had never stayed there when we had left that morning!! We told them what rooms we were in and still denied that these rooms were even used. The hotel we are in now also contacted them and even they said that they were very unhelpful. So yes stay there as it is beautiful bit but keep your important items on you.
