We are sincerely sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding access to the hotel, we understand the inconvenience caused by the roadworks affecting Rue Émile Zola. However, we would like to mention that an information email was sent to all arriving guests, including yourself, three days prior to arrival to advise of the temporary road closure and provide alternative access information. We regret if this communication did not fully address the difficulties you encountered. Concerning the parking facilities, we appreciate your comments and understand that the location and access may not be equally convenient for all guests. Your suggestion regarding a valet parking service has been noted and will be considered as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience. We would also like to clarify that room service is available at the hotel through our dedicated room service menu. We are therefore sorry if this information was not clearly communicated during your stay. With regard to our restaurant offering, our culinary philosophy is based on fresh, seasonal products prepared daily by our kitchen team. As a result, our menus are intentionally concise and quantities are limited in order to guarantee the highest quality and freshness of each dish served. The accommodation, building, staff, gardens and pool and bed were all beautiful. The bed was lovely. The breakfast was great. Our only suggestion would be to better pad the uncomfy and low seating in the breakfast room and the wooden sunbeds.

Charming hotel in heart of Figeac. Grounds are beautiful. We had a superior room that was very spacious. Toilet was on other side of room to bathroom with no wash basin. That was very odd. Very horrid and scary picture of a man looking like Jimmy Saville in the room that we took down. Why not a picture of the area? Bed was good. Air-conditioning not cool enough and we couldn't adjust. Think its hotel policy to save on electricity. Pool was small but lovely. We ate in the restaurant. Charming and good quality but maybe a little expensive. Breakfast was sufficient but everything had run out and we waited a long time for refills. I would go to this hotel again as it was quite a special building and staff lovely. No issues at all.

Only on arrival did we find out the car park is at some distance and up a very steep hill. Due to road works blocking Rue Emile Zola difficult to return to the hotel from car park. Very limited restaurant menu, no lunch menu, no room service.

Fabulous hotel right in the centre of Figeac. The hotel as been sympathetically modernised in an old building, lots of orginal features. The gardens and courtyard are very tranquil. All the staff were extremely helpfully, nothing was to much trouble. Our room was very spacious and extremely comfortable.The breakfast was plentiful, offering cooked and continental choices. We had an excellent stay.

Hotel and rooms beautiful. However our friends passports and money went missing whilst at the hotel and when contacted they said that we had never stayed there when we had left that morning!! We told them what rooms we were in and still denied that these rooms were even used. The hotel we are in now also contacted them and even they said that they were very unhelpful. So yes stay there as it is beautiful bit but keep your important items on you.

I was very delighted to find that gem in the center of medieval city. Everything is original and the hotel covers a large area. The staff was vey helpfulnand my room was fantastic. The restaurant location is superb, even if the food could be improved. I didn’t try the swimming pool…winter season… I will come back
