Somehow we mistakenly ended up in the wrong room. This was entirely our own fault. The management quickly sorted this out when the person who had actually booked that room turned up. Then we had a good night’s sleep and an excellent breakfast before moving on.

Yes it's a budget but the service and great attitude of staff is a credit to them, the site itself is located in accessable lovely picturesque location with an outside pool and bar with outside seating. Rooms are a good standard and very clean, dogs are allowed, ( not in the pool or the bar) haha, lovely budget hotel.

Hello John, Thank you very much for your wonderful review and perfect score. We are delighted that you enjoyed our location, pool area, clean rooms and, above all, the friendliness of our team. Your kind words are a great reward for all our staff. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi speed, which we will take into consideration. We hope to welcome you and your dog back to Millau very soon.

We had a pleasant stay at Ibis, which is also the reason we chose this hotel again on the return leg of our road trip. The rooms are not spacious, but they are good and practical (layout). Shower gel is provided in the bathroom. Breakfast is delicious, but due to the way it is presented, everything feels cramped and does not create a relaxed feeling.

Hello, Thank you very much for sharing your experience and for choosing our hotel again during the return leg of your road trip 😊 We are delighted to read that you appreciated our location, the comfort of the beds, the practical room layout and the quality of the breakfast. It means a lot to us that you decided to come back during your journey. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the breakfast area organisation. We understand that during busy periods the setup can sometimes feel a little crowded, and your comments will help us reflect on ways to improve the comfort and flow of the breakfast experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again on a future trip through Millau! Best regards, Aurélien for the ibis budget Millau Viaduc team.

Great staff all go the extra mile

Hello Mr. M., Thank you for your feedback and your kind words about our team—we’re delighted they made such a positive impression. Regarding the early check-in, our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. A request as early as 7:00 AM requires special arrangement and availability, which explains the additional fee. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you again for an even smoother experience. Best regards, Aude for the Ibis Budget team
