It was great to be back in the city and stay at the Ibis again. The hotel looked lovely with the new festive decorations! A huge shout-out to the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a small issue with our room, but the receptionist handled it professionally and with great kindness. Also, don't miss the breakfast—lots of variety and delicious products to start the day. We really enjoyed our time here!

We booked last minute in an emergency with pets and a wheelchair user in our party All the staff were incredibly supportive and helpful, arranging connecting rooms with access on the ground floor and help with our luggage. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Situated on a busy street with trams and the nearby railway station I expected it to be noisy, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet.
