Stare for one night. Room at night was warm , we reduced the temperature to coldest possible but still it was warm Had a sleepless night. Called reception at night if they. could do something., they were polite to just say we cannot do anything so late so manage anyhow.yourself. The next day I moved to Novotel Colmar , it was perfect !

Be aware of all the charges made on your credit card by this place. After I came back home, I realized Novotel Karlsruhe overcharged my creditcard (approx. EUR200) and I pointed out what they did wrong, they agreed with me in the email. However, they have not issued a refund yet. It is NOT my responsibility, as a customer, to prove their charge was incorrect and and have to keep asking to correct it. If I do not hear from them in the next 2 days, I will file dispute with credit card company.

Could not find rest as the room was too hot and the air con was blowing hot air continously. Opening windows with special key was helpful, but lead to noise from the street. Staff was helpful and even send technician, but cool down was not possible anymore and no other room was available.
