Restaurant closed due to staff shortage, minbar fridge in room broken, no maintenance staff on site anymore, change of room not offered.

Camera con arredi semplici ma c'è tutto quello che serve , buoni gli spazi e illuminazione , letti confortevoli. Bagno ben illuminato e confortevole ,forse aggiungerei di base ciabattine, balsamo . Colazione : ottima , consiglio vivamente di provarla ( il personale della sala colazioni è veramente gentile e attento . Da migliorare l'accoglienza di alcune ragazze della reception .

Mein Anspruch an das Novotel ist hoch. Es war sehr lange meine absolute Benchmark in Sachen Business-Hotels... Es war schön, mal wieder hier gewesen zu sein und ich freue mich auch sehr auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt, trotzdem gibt es einiges, was mich gestört hat: Wenn man von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle auf die Treppe zum Lichthof zugeht, ist der erste Eindruck verwahrlost. Die Absperrung wirkt lieblos, das Unkraut auf der Treppe wuchert. Am öffentlichen Bereich nagt ein bisschen der Zahn der Zeit. Die Aufzüge sind sichtbar mitgenommen. Auch wenn die Renovierung schon einige Zeit her ist: Vorher war besser! Der Arbeitsplatz im Zimmer fehlt und das offene Schrankkonzept mag ich persönlich nicht so sehr. Beim Frühstück war es unaufgeräumt. Die Kaffeemaschine unmotiviert in der Garderobenecke, Reinigungsutensilien offen herumstehend... Das ist nicht der Standard, den ich gewohnt war. Nochmal: Ich bin ein großer Fan dieses Hauses. Umso mehr stört mich, dass die früher gewohnte Perfektion fehlt.

Uns ist die Baustelle an der Treppe bekannt und wir warten nur noch auf die Reparatur derselben. Bezüglich des fehlenden Arbeitsplatzes im Zimmer: Wir haben einige Zimmer mit einem Schreibtisch nachgerüstet, bitte geben Sie den Wunsch danach bei der nächsten Buchung an, dann können wir ein entsprechendes Zimmer zuteilen. Allerdings liegen diese Zimmer nicht in der Executive Etage. Die Garderobe wurde mittlerweile komplett zur Kaffeestation für unsere Gäste umgerüstet. The Novotel Karlsruhe impressed us in every way. The location was ideal, making it convenient for our needs. Breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of food and drinks, and the omelet station was a delightful bonus. The hotel itself was exceptionally well maintained, spotless, and in excellent condition. Our rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable environment for our stay. Above all, the staff were superb—friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome.
