+ Friendly staff + Good location + Modern interior - There's not much to see/do around the hotel - Rooms were very cold and nobody was able to heat it up

We are a family of four plus one dog and we had an amazing stay at Novotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly! The hotel is well located - within walking distance from X-mas markets and restaurants. We benefited from free late check-out at 5 p.m. and breakfast lasted until 1 p.m on a Sunday. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Very disappointed that after complaining on each of our last three visits about the luck of freshly brewed decaffeinated nothing has been done about this. On each occasion we’ve been told that the next time we would be able to get fresh decaffeinated coffee.
