Nice hotel with adequate accommodations and appointments. I was disappointed that I was not able to check in at 1:40pm and was told to come back at 3:00pm. At 3:00pm the room was still not ready, but a different hotel worker changed my room and allowed me to check in. This was very welcome after traveling overseas. I wish the first hotel worker had taken a moment to check if a different room had been available for me.

Poor communication, lost my chocolates

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed regarding the missing chocolates. On the evening of your departure, you contacted us to inform us that you might have left them in your room. We immediately checked with our team, but unfortunately the chocolates could not be found. As food items cannot be kept as lost and found items for hygiene reasons, we were unable to store them. Nevertheless, we wanted to assist you and offered, as a gesture of goodwill, to replace the chocolates if you could provide us with the exact details of the product. We fully understood that they had a personal value for you as they were received from Lufthansa. We regret that our efforts to find a suitable solution did not meet your expectations. Very good. Comfortable new/fresh rooms. Airco is a must and could be functioning better. Unfortunately the room was very hot when i entered and then i turned the airco on, but it could not cool the room down enough

-Check in was quick, all information was shared, all was ok -At the third morning I was surprised -booked 4 nights- at entering for breakfast: lady informed me that the breakfast was not played - ??? - and after some phone calling she said it was just a mistake -At check-out the lady informed me that her English is not so good - ??? - and she informed me that there is 25€ pending on my balance - need to pay additional. I asked why and what is this as I paid all at the check-in process. She said: I do not know...

Note: If payment is made at the time of booking, I expect to receive the invoice immediately after the payment is processed. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain the invoice until check-out, which was very inconvenient and disappointing. This should be improved to provide a better customer experience.

It's really nice that there was accessible/barrier-free rooms available. Also, the possibility to check in really late helped us a lot in a difficult situation. As well as being able to remove breakfast on short notice and add a late checkout was nice. The only issue we had was that the room was not that clean, the bins were half full, the carpet had brown stains and the bottle opener was not really usable.

We had three rooms at the hotel. Or initially room the AC was not working and was easily in the high 80s. We then were moved to another room that was cooler, but the bathroom door would not close. So we were moved again to a room with poor AC (not as bad, but barely livable). I brought this up twice to the staff, and they said they would have someone look and let me know what was found. I never heard back either time.
