I enjoyed the qiet rooms friendly staff and Breakfast however the wifi was useless as i just did not work

The Mercure in Pforzheim provided me with a good room. The bar was nice and had a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Temperature was good without using the airconditioning. If I had not liked the temperate, I could have easily heated or cooled the room. The bathroom was in a good state. Arrival was interesting. It wasn't really clear to me how to get access to the parking garage. Departure was also interesting as I apparently needed a coin to get out of the parking garage, but didn't know I had to ask for it.

When we checked in our room, the liquid soap bottle and the shampoo bottle are both empty.

We were looking for a hotel on our way to Austria and Mercure Pforzheim is really well located for a stop. It’s comfortable, with easy access from the highway. It has a very good indoor park, the room I stayed in was spacious, well decorated and well equipped (mini bar, coffee machine, a small round table for meals…) and upon arrival we found a platter of nuts, fruit and cake offered as a welcome gift, what a nice gesture!!! Staff during check-in was super kind , polite and helpful (thank you ladies!! I’m really sorry I didn’t catch your names). Mercure Pforzheim , congratulations!!!! You are doing an amazing job!
