Hotel room was located facing the main road and really hot when I arrived. Sleeping with open windows was difficult due to occational ambulance passing. Hotel was clean and staff is friendly.

We arrived late afternoon. The room was hot and windows were closed. Until 1am we couldn't sleep for how much it was hot in there and we had my little one too suffering with us. This is such a pity because the reception and common parts are climatized. And the hotel is nice and clean, even if a bit outdated. Garage is convenient. But well don't book a family room or you will be roasted. Sorry but it wasn't OK.

The room itself was great, plenty of room and good shower. Main problem is that the wifi was not working. At the reception they told me it was a problem with iPhones. If that is a known issue it should be fixed

Reception worker at our entrace was ok, we already filled our data before. By leaving the morning after, reception worker was busy on the phone, so we left our key went to the garage. By leaving this, we noticed we needed a card to open the gate.

We stopped here on a quick one night on the way back from Austria and had no knowledge of the town. We’re not usually concerned at all for these 1 night stops and take what we get, however the first room we were given smelt incredibly musty and was also very stuffy (it had been a very warm day but the room had AC). After a quick call to reception we were moved across the corridor to a room that smelt slightly better so concluded this was as good as it gets. Others smaller issues included that the curtains were covered in suspicious stains, lift had strong smell of smoke, breakfast wasn’t especially well cooked or presented but options were fairly broad. I wouldn’t recommend leaving the hotel room, I nipped to the petrol station next door for some snacks and felt quite unsafe. There were various drunks and gangs of kids hanging around by the McDonald’s at which point I felt grateful our car was parked in the secure underground car park. I have chosen not to give one star for this hotel as it was cheap and you get what you pay for had it cost more I would have rated less. Although it’s not a nice location it is located very near to the autobahn and does have the underground parking. The poor rating is down to the building quality and area as explained, not the staff who generally I couldn’t fault for a hotel of this price point. When we asked to change rooms the lady was very quick, helpful and understanding. The staff at breakfast and check out were also friendly. I got the feeling they were doing the best they could with the poor hand they had been dealt.

We were positively surprised that there was a water kettle in the room as well as a fridge. The fridge in our room was defect, respectively its outlet was thorn off the wall, which might be dangerous if guests would touch metal parts, connected to live voltage.

Filled in registration form in advance online for 3 - 6pm arrival slot. Been driving for 14 hours, really tired and room not ready at 3.40pm. Had to wait until 4pm.
