Dear Verne, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that the noise and discomfort affected your stay. Our Economy Rooms are the last rooms which are not yet renovated. This is planned and will be done as soon as possible. Until the we recommend rooms in our Deluxe- or Executive category, especially during hot nights. These rooms are already renovated and equiped with air condition. We are a non-smoking hotel, but unfortunately we can't forbid to smoke outside on the balcony.
