We stay at the hotel a few times a year. Overall good experience. Positivies - David on the front desk. Very personable and helpful. His hospitality is consistent, always goes above expectations. - Breakfast is comprehensive. - Rooms very clean, nice bathroom products, very comfortable beds. - Close to the spa. - Towels always available at reception. - Late check out. A few little recommendations. - We stayed in room 403, noisy as right on the carpark entry and exit. I have asthma and couldnt leave window open. Air conditioner? Fan system? was stuffy and air didnt appear to be fresh and resulted in me waking multiple times in the night. - The overall hotel was hot. As soon as you walk in it is stuffy, Fresh air recommended. - Varying levels of friendliness of staff. - would be good if sandwiches could be on hand for purchase from the machines. - would be good if we were asked which room we wanted to stay in i.e. 403 or something quieter (the hotel was very quiet and we didnt have a great room). To note, we love the hotel and we often stay.

My daughter and I had an excellent stay at Tribe Baden-Baden. We arrived at noon, and were grateful to be able to check in right away, and find a clean, well-appointed room and bathroom. Loved the kettle, though a fridge would've been even better. Appreciated the hangers, good sized towels, ample plug points, lighting, and firm beds. I spoke to David Woest at the front desk multiple times before leaving home, and while there. His communication, help, information, and responses were exceptional. He was very courteous, patient, and a huge help in planning our stay and time there. We are very grateful for his help in finding a place for apple streusel at 11 pm at night, booking a taxi, and deciding which spa to go to, and what to do there, and much more. We loved the location.
