It was absolute chaos when checking-in : there was no parking space available in the car park below, the girl at reception asked me to pay my invoice (although I already paid everything in advance a week beforehand). The hotel looks like it is a mix of a bunker and some trendy coffee bar, I didn't like the stile. Breakfast was ok, and so were the rooms . But in the 3 nights we were there no-one came to do our room up, perhaps I've missed something.

Check in was good, breakfast was good, the room has lack of place for clothes, and there is not enough storage space. Reserved parking wasn’t smooth- we had to argue each night with the staff.

Great hotel, perfect breakfast but nobody tells that you have to notify reception before midnight the day before (!) if you want room cleaning. Without notification you get nothing. No new towels is the worst.

We travel a lot. I would reccomend modifying the breakfast area. It’s hard to get a cup for the coffee machine or juice machine. The milk is also away from the the coffee machine. Can take a few minutes to get a coffee and the area gets crowded. A simple cabinet against the window with the machine, cups and milk/sugar would seperate people away from the food area. Other than that the room and service are good.

The rooms were too small but they were soundproof. The bathroom was roomy with the waterfall shower and the bathroom amenities had great fragrances. The breakfast looked great but I did not partake as it was 20 euros per person / per night (more than a steak dinner in Florida). Staff was very friendly and accommodating with any request and need.
