Great location for walking to the city center. But was disappointed that the rooms were so dark. I felt dangerously so. I know it’s the vibe of the hotel but the rooms need way more light

Check-in was not possible electronically despite getting several emails. Rather unfriendly reception. Rooms are small but clean and well equiped. Breakfast of good quality and selection but very small space and very crowded during peak hours. Online booking did not mention parking possiblities.

The bed was high and so it was difficult to get on it. One has to actually climb on it, which makes it very uncomfortable, especially for people who are not very tall. Only a small wardrobe with few small shelves only, which is in the corner and difficult to access. Although there is direct access from the main street with bus stop, there was no direct/safe walkway/path to the thermal baths/indoor city-center streets. One has to cut across /go around the undergrouond access/exit ramps of the Caracella thermal bath to reach the walkable indoor path. These made overall eperience very uncomfortable and disapointing
