The location was perfect, really near to caracalla spa which was a great surprise 🤩 And I have to mention the staff, they were amazing, ready to help with a great smile 😊 Definitely going to stay here again!

We had a mixed experience at the Tribe, the hotel is a nice building but the rooms on the street side are noisy and not very private. The advertised on site parking is limited and you can't control the temperature in the room during winter. Generally the staff gave the impression to be overwhelmed and under prepared.

Ventilation issue, inexperienced personnel

Ventilation system in our room was not functioning very well. After showering the whole bathroom was completely humid, water drops were dripping from the door. In addition, the ventilation is not turning on as pre-set in the system leading to bad sleep due to lack of airflow. Inexperienced personnel. We ordered drinks 2 times and it was executed in a very unprofessional way (eyeballing the ratios for a cocktail - tasted terrible, pouring beer with the bottle opening in the drink, very unhygienic). In addition, on Monday morning there was only one person working at the breakfast station. She was clearly overloaded with the amount of tables to serve, breakfast buffet was empty most of the time… and at the bar we could see 3 employees standing there. It was difficult to understand why no one wanted to help the poor lady.
