Nd Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

The receptionist were so friendly and helpful. David made his busy time for us explaining what we needed. I’m very grateful for his service. The hotel is clean, room very comfortable. I requested a room not on the street level, the management respected my wish snd I did have a nice quiet room facing Caracala Thermal Bad. An excellent service, and good for the price,highly recommended ❤️

Please get rid of the check-in service with bots. This was an annoying and awful experience. Checking in 5 rooms with an annoying bot does not help to start the trip right. Think about a different solution or get back to check-in service in person.

Hotel clean, nice staff. On the hotel's own website it says that there are parking spaces, but there are not enough of them. I was directed to the parking garages in the center, which were full. The text on the website should say that there are limited parking spaces, ask for a parking space before booking!

Hotel is very nice, staff extremely friendly although quite busy. The reception is understaffed, but everyone is very kind and trying their best, especially Melissa and the girl with the ginger hair who works in the evenings (didn’t get the name). Great breakfast, very clean. I already reserved my next stay.
