The check in was simple and our rooms were available when we arrived early which was great. Rooms were comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was there was very little space to store any clothes, no wardrobe just a few hangers to put on hooks and a tiny cupboard under the tea and coffee maker. Only saving grace was the beds were high so you could store your open suitcase under the bed and live out of that!

Dear Georgina A., Thank you for your kind feedback regarding your recent stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our prime location, comfortable accommodations, and breakfast offerings. We strive to provide a seamless check-in experience and are glad that your room was ready upon your early arrival. We appreciate your comments about the storage options in the room. Your insights are valuable as we continuously seek to enhance our guest experience. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another enjoyable stay. Yasmin Überschär TRIBE Baden-Baden

Stefaan V. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

It was absolute chaos when checking-in : there was no parking space available in the car park below, the girl at reception asked me to pay my invoice (although I already paid everything in advance a week beforehand). The hotel looks like it is a mix of a bunker and some trendy coffee bar, I didn't like the stile. Breakfast was ok, and so were the rooms . But in the 3 nights we were there no-one came to do our room up, perhaps I've missed something.

Dear Stefaan V., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the check-in process, particularly regarding parking and the billing confusion. We strive to ensure a seamless arrival for our guests, and I appreciate your understanding. It is concerning to hear that your room was not serviced during your stay; our housekeeping team typically ensures that rooms are attended to regularly. I will review this matter with them to ensure clarity in our procedures. Your comments about the hotel's design will be taken into consideration as we continue to refine our guest experience. Sincerely, Yasmin Überschär TRIBE Baden-Baden

Check in was good, breakfast was good, the room has lack of place for clothes, and there is not enough storage space. Reserved parking wasn’t smooth- we had to argue each night with the staff.
