The bed was high and so it was difficult to get on it. One has to actually climb on it, which makes it very uncomfortable, especially for people who are not very tall. Only a small wardrobe with few small shelves only, which is in the corner and difficult to access. Although there is direct access from the main street with bus stop, there was no direct/safe walkway/path to the thermal baths/indoor city-center streets. One has to cut across /go around the undergrouond access/exit ramps of the Caracella thermal bath to reach the walkable indoor path. These made overall eperience very uncomfortable and disapointing

booked a room with the view on the parc, with an experience of cocktail mixologie... had to argue with the lady... hopefully the service of next day was amazing and made us forget the disapoitment ... so cross fingers for who will be at reception ..
