Prefer to have daily top up of toiletries, during my stay on 2ns night, my tooth paste has finished and I have to call to request as it was not replenished during housekeeping the next day.

Good recognition of Accor status. Good upgrade. Horrible bed. I literally sunk in. Definitely needs replacement and in fact the whole building needs an upgrade to newer Novotel standards.

The experience in general was great and the staff are amazing especially Mr Waleed what a legend he is, I really appreciate all his hard work . Nevertheless, the room I stayed in had very bad Wifi signal although you can connect to the wifi but it keeps giving no signal then it works for an hour and disconnected for the rest of the day . Moreover the floor just infront of the bathroom is always wet. The carpet is wet and feels uncomfortable.

Good stay, food issues

It was noticed that main dish hot food plates doesn't contain names with allergens, like milk, soya, etc. During my stay I had a problem with digestion due to I was taking main dishes like Beef Stroganoff and Lamb Ouzi without knowing that these dishes are with soft milky cheese. I ended up having 4 days loose stools and having digestion issues. Kindly consider providing information on allergens containing in dishes
