However, I am very sorry to learn that the cleanliness of your room did not meet the standards we strive to deliver. Finding stains on the desk and chair is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and I completely understand why this raised concerns about the overall condition of the room. I also regret that we were unable to offer a room change during your stay due to the hotel being fully booked. While I am glad that our team did their best to assist, I appreciate that this did not fully resolve the situation for you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you experienced.
