Unprofessional staff all around. Pathetic breakfast area. Slow check in process with insufficient number of attendants. Weird smell in the room.

The ambience of the hotel is ok. However, the services are very slow. Check-in took a considerable amount of time. Lot of indecision and slow in responding to requests -- like requested for a meeting room, which took considerable amount of time from your employees to decide whether to give the meeting room in the lounge access on the 16th of Feb 2026. Food is ok. I did not perceive any value for money during this stay. Also our guests wanted to see the India vs Pakistan match on a TV in the common area to which initially (the day before the match) the people at the reception said yes -- you can watch it at "Gada da Vida" and then on the day of the match they mentioned " sorry sir -- we do not have the permission of a sports bar and we cannot show the match in a common area". Very inconsistent with your guest relations.

Good, but in room 629, Hair dryer was not working, there was nothing in the fridge.

Poor. The corridors in the hotel had a bad smell and the carpets on the 5th floor was dirty with many stains. The pool/outside area also had a very very bad smell for most of the time and was unbearable at times.
