Good things: 1. The Breakfast Buffet was very good 2. The service during the whole time was good by the waiter Things that we did not like: 1. While checking in they could allot me only a city facing room - after booking so early and paying for the membership, this was the least expected 2. The Complimentary night did not have buffett.. which was very very surprising 3. The food in the buffet in the night was very very bad (not a single dish was great) 4. There was no place for us to sit and have a drink by the sea side other than Ga Di Vida (which we could not go as we had a kid).

I have booked sea view room , self outside room window was full of concrete scrap . We have booked two rooms both with one extra bed . In my room I have reminder atleasr four to five times then they have arranged extra bed which is highly uncomfortable because it was sofa cum bed & it has huge gap between two parts of the sofa which has given lot of pain whole night . In another room they have reminded atleasr five times for extra bed but no one came to arrange at last at 3 am when they came back thay have again asked at front desk then they have arranged . Next day we went for breakfast , there was queue & waiting in breakfast , after getting table I found coffee & tea counters in pathetic , highly unhygienic position . All the cups kept besides counter are dirty . I have asked waiter to get glass instead if cups shockingly glass he bought were dirty . We have placed order at Dosa counter by giving our table number 35 & waited for 30 minutes to get dosas but it didn’t come . I have noticed few guests were standing at dosa counter ( on head of chef ) & get their dosa immediately . After complaining about it we finally got dosas . Situation of dinning table number 35 was pathetic , the table was without table cloth or table mate . We have SENIOR CITIZEN with us who bared all these lathergicness , unhealthy , unhygienic atmosphere . After this disaster we went to room & asked for two water bottles which never delivered. We checked out & suggested my entire family & friends not to stay in Novotel at all , you must know that one of cousin said I know abt their standards if you would have asked me then I would not suggest Novotel thus it means your lacking of customer service on every field . In short highly disgusting & most disaster stay of mine . Highly unsatisfied .
