Very disappointed with the stay. The room did not meet 5-star standards at all and was extremely tiny — there wasn’t even enough space to properly fit an extra bed. The windows were dirty and blurry, making it difficult to even see outside. We were told the room had an ocean view, but there was barely any view of the ocean at all, not even a proper partial view. To make things worse, there was construction work going on near the swimming pool area, so we couldn’t relax or enjoy the facilities properly. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and definitely not what we expected from a 5-star hotel.

The overall service and hospitality was nice. But there were a few things that disappointed me. The linen had bad stains all over it and they tried to hide it with a cover. Curtains were torn at a few places and they were stitched which was clearly visible. The mattress was kind of hard. The room kettle wasn’t working. I wasn’t able to insert iron box in any of the switchboard. The bathroom floor wasn’t properly sloped to drain the water out. These are small things to fix which can elevate a customer’s experience.

Be it room service or front desk, no ever picked up call in one go. You will have to call multiple times or wait for atleast 2-3 minutes for someone to answer the phone. And their service was super slow, ordered a simple Club Sandwich which took 1 hr to come. While my wife ordered some elaborate food from a restaurant 12 kms from the hotel, it came in 40 mins. Really love the location and view of Ocean view room but the service is worst than a 2 Star Hotel. If you are someone who is particular about service, don’t go. You will find Taj Lands end at similar rate but infinite time better service

We stayed as a family for two nights. We booked a normal room, but were given a complimentary upgrade on arrival. The location is just super very close to the Beach with a with a private access and adjacent to bastion club. Area is safe and accessible by transport. The staff is very polite and responsive. Food quality is very good. Breakfast is superb. Buffet is a bit costly. The rooms are sufficiently sized and equipped with necessary amenities. Checking in and check out process was very fast. Rucha helped me with the check out very fast. Room service was very responsive and attended to all my requestvery quickly. Some of the areas of improvement could be adding a children play Area, improving the quality of room appearance, a little bit, adding a changing room and shower near the swimming pool.
