Hotel making making strides happy with budget hotel. Other parts of the building under construction which is ugly. Think office blocked converted. The location felt safe and next to a beautiful river and park. I would return.

Dirty room, noisy Environment.

We are sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We were disappointed that a comfort room had a cubicle shower room and the carpet seemed grubby, although this may just have been the colour and pattern. In addition, a small pot of L'Occitane Divine cream "disappeared" from my washbag after the room had been cleaned after our first night's stay. We had left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, as we did not feel the room needed cleaning, and as additional security. I did not notify the reception team when I noticied the cream was missing, in case I had misplaced the item. However, having completely unpacked now that I am home, I can now confidently say that the pot of cream disappeared from my bag. I do not expect reimbursement: it was a small amount of cream which I had decanted from a larger jar to take with me on holiday. Thankfully, I still had some sample sachets of the cream so was able to treat my sensitive facial skin. However, a full sized jar costs £82.00 in the UK, which is expensive. Consequently, this marred our stay. We also think you should be aware that you have staff who pilfer small, yet potentionally valuable, items.
