The hotel is situated very close to the old city center (walking distance) = top location! The hotel was nice (however, it needs some renovation) and the staff was very friendly. Parking inside the garage is a bit tricky (very narrow) and a ticket is needed before entering (it is a bit inconvenient as you need to park along the street in order to get the ticket at the reception before being able to enter the garage).

A great location. A quick walk over the bridge into town and the attractions. The hotel has underground parking 10€ a night. There is a bar and restaurant. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the head waiter was extremely helpful. The food was excellent and great value for money. We really enjoyed our time in the area .. beautiful and plenty to do.

Problem with the room allocation arriving after midnight

Hi, I wanted to book one single room for our 6-year daughter and us (2 adults and a child). The confirmation on the app showed one room with a double bed (and it shows one room only), I did not pay attention that it was written 2 rooms at one point of the confirmation. Arriving after midnight, with our daughter sleeping, the guy (very kind) at the reception wanted to give us two rooms, at two different floors (1st and 4th if I remember well). It took a while to get a room with one bed for our daughter and one for us. Too much light in the room in the morning, curtains too short.
