Unable to enter the car park as it has a barrier with a keypad. The code is not given to you before entering and there was no response from the hotel when I tried to contact them from the carpark entrance, it took me 45 mins to get into the carpark and from the barrier I had to reverse uphill as I could not get in and there was another car behind me wanting to get in. The room was very basic, no facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee, no fridge either and 3 broken hangers in the wardrobe. There was no remote control for the TV in the room, I had to ask for one from reception which was provided quickly. Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable and the heating did not really work. I have never stayed at an IBIS before and probably won't again.

Regarding access to the parking lot, it is currently affected by neighborhood construction work beyond our control, which can indeed complicate entry and communication of the code. We are aware of this temporary inconvenience and are doing everything possible to limit its effects. Our establishment offers a level of equipment in line with ibis brand standards, deliberately focused on simplicity and functionality. However, the issues you mention could have been reported earlier at reception so that they could be corrected during your stay. We regret that this first experience was not a positive one for you and will take your comments into account as part of our continuous improvement process. Hotel making making strides happy with budget hotel. Other parts of the building under construction which is ugly. Think office blocked converted. The location felt safe and next to a beautiful river and park. I would return.
