Day staff friendly and helpful , night staff disinterested. Secure parking seems to be reserved for staff- had to pay to park securely 800 m away. Dated decor in rooms but clean enough. Good air con. Really should have a kettle in room. Bar was very poorly stocked. Not great if you do want to venture out for a drink.

Well located in Vienne, easy to walk to, and able to parkvthe car in the underground car oark.

Enjoyable stay, quiet room with excellent view of the river and town. Nice and cool air conditioned room, despite the 37C temperature outside.

Decent room for price. Despite best effort of the staff the room was too hot and the air conditioning not up to standard

Very smelly

The bathroom smell was almost unbearable. It was difficult to sleep . Even with the bathroom door closed the smell of drains permeated into the bedroom. We had to go out to buy a scented candle but this was insufficient to mask the smell . We had to leave at 6 in the morning because we could not bear it any longer
