The bathroom smell was almost unbearable. It was difficult to sleep . Even with the bathroom door closed the smell of drains permeated into the bedroom. We had to go out to buy a scented candle but this was insufficient to mask the smell . We had to leave at 6 in the morning because we could not bear it any longer

Perfect location to visit Vienne downtown and to attend the Jazz Festival. The room wss very clean and the staff is super friendly. The only thing I did not like was the plastic matress cover that was uncomfortable on the skin with this summer heat, the bottom sheet kept sliding on the plastic and coming off. The rest was absolutely great!

Five stars staff from front desk to bar to cleaning. This is the main strength of this Ibis alongside the excellent location. Walking distance to the most important artery of the city extending to the train station it also has a nice outdoor area to have breakfast and/or a drink. The staff, especially Elodie at front desk is very helpful and can serve as a tour guide. The rooms are basic, but clean and relatively spacious. THe breakfast is delicious and a lot of local products are provided. The highly energetic staff cater for any needs one might have and they are always generous, offering complimentary perks with meals and orders. The in-house food is also a good option if too tired to visit a restaurant. Will be back anytime in town.

Well, it was a pleasant surprise to say the least! The hotel has the IBIS standard and more! Relatively spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and mostly great energetic and helpful staff! Elodie especially, Cidali also and all the ladies in the afternoon shift (sorry couldn't capture all names) were pleasant and generous on top of covering up for missing shifts acting like front desk bar tenders housekeeping etc... Coming back here for sure anytime in Vienne! Location is also central to all happenings. Bravo!
