Very very POOR customer service!!

Horrible, horrible customer service!! I was part of a group that arrived at around 9:40 p.m. We were all tired but still formed a proper queue to the ONLY elevator. Suddenly, the front desk clerk let 2 persons cut the line!! One of the guests claimed that he's a VIP because he paid more for the room!! We are guests, too!! The front desk was unapologetic!! Very very poor customer service!!
