2nd stop en route Zeebrugge to Narbonne. First night at Ibis Troyes. Rooms a little dated compared with Troyes yet more expensive. Very convenient for motorway but location rather lacking amenities. Room and breakfast good.

Arrived at 11.30 , in the rain. The gate bell was not answered despite ringing many times When we finally rang the hotel and got inside they did not have the family room we booked

We arrived about 2am very tired due to a long drive over Germany...We got our room and everything was good until we woke up because of some work done in the room next door at around 7-730am...We were no happy about it, and said that to the front desk and she only said “sorry”

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions on our way south and normally find most aspects to our satisfaction. Friendly welcome by reception staff and a good breakfast experience. However, I was disappointed to be kept waiting at the bar for a drink and eventually had to go and find someone. Not very impressive, particularly as reception staff good see I was waiting.

Good for a break halfway to the holidays

We keep choosing this location, because it is roughly halfway from our home to our holiday home, and not far from the freeway. The rooms are ok, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, there is sufficient parking and the breakfast buffet had what we wanted. This is a convenient place to or from the holidays, not a place where you want to spend your holidays. It is in a rather industrial area. I found some quite well staffed large grocery store close by, though. Although close to the freeway, the place is a bit complicated to reach, at least when coming from the north.

On the way to the Provence, we stayed one night at the hotel. The hotel is well located close to the highway. Smooth check-in and check-out. Basic but clean and comfortable room. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast on the hotel's premises. Free parking on the hotel's premises.

The room was clean, the bed, very comfortable and the meals we had were fine. Coming from the UK we were suprised to see dogs in the restaurant, not usually allowed in UK apart from assistance dogs, but they are your rules not ours so we have to accept them. Our overall stay was good & we would certainly use the Hotel again if we were passing through.

Excellent stop. Couldn't find you on our navigation as only two Ibis shown. Ibis centre and Budjet. You are under Lyon. Only then Vienne is mentioned. Parking and convenience to autoroute excellent. You are likely to see us many more times.

Very welcoming staff, room was ok and clean, plenty of parking. Restaurant was very busy with people waiting in the bar area being sent away but nobody organising them. We eventually walked to the nearby McDonald’s! However overall a nice hotel
