Its all about the location, just off the motorway, restaurants, shops fuel etc all close by. plenty of parking and just off the motorway, good place to stop after a long day heading south. The hotel itself is quite basic, breakfast isnt much to write home about either, also it isnt cheap but all overlooked when its just a stop-over heading south.

Rooms outdated, bad maintained, the carpet in the room was extremely dirty, the toilet brush was disgusting old (seemed not being replaced over years), breakfast a disaster

Need desperately renovation. And waterbottle is minimum to be in the room prices like here. Restaurantstuff was nonprofessional. Missing or wrong orders. Breakfast was quite normal.
