I feel you should have informed us about the major work that was being carried out before we arrived , our stay certainly wasnt up to the usual standard at this hotel , with dust and building mess everywhere , hopefully it will be back to normal when we return in June .

Hotel heating was broken and room was very hot making sleep for young children very difficult. This was shared with reception in the evening and in the morning but while reception was apparently aware, no information or compensation was proposed. This is not acceptable

I’ve fed back to the hotel but the foyer renovations are very dangerous.

First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize again for the experience you encountered upon arrival. What you describe regarding the renovation works in the reception is absolutely not representative of the standards we aim to provide, and we fully understand your concern regarding safety. Please be assured that guest safety is our top priority, and your comments have been taken very seriously. As mentioned in our private correspondence, we have already addressed this situation internally with our teams and the contractors involved, in order to ensure that such an incident does not happen again. Renovation works are indeed necessary to improve our facilities, but they should never impact our guests in this way.
