Horrific hotel

This review is based on the property, not the staff. The staff were welcoming and professional. The property on the other hand was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is like some sort of train/plastic aircraft bathroom that appears to be hosed down after each guest. It’s awful. Terrible quality and I have no idea why any hotel would opt for this design other than to go cheap on the fit out. The hallways are horrific they are dark and smell and the room decor is clinical and dated. The lighting was dull and the single window overlooked the street which was dull. This hotel is advertised as the city centre but is no where near anywhere you’d want to he in Cannes. I would never recommend this property and can only suggest it be fully renovated from head to toe.

Parking was at -5, it was more than 35C inside and the elevators do not work. We had to carry all the language and 3 children walking. At the reception they did not care.

This was our second time staying at Novotel Suites and it was just as good as the first. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff courteous and efficient.

The hotel was located in the great location. Close to Cannes and its shopping and only a short walk and removed from the crowds so it was quiet. There was a great bakery nearby and a small supermarket to get key items. Thomas at the front desk was very warm, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

Stayed here many times over a number of years. The reception area looks tired and dark need refurbishment. All rooms have a sofa before could have bedding now have to pay for it why? New carpets last year this year many stained particularly in corridor
