We had a great time at the hotel. The cleaners did a great job. The hotel was in walking distance to the railway station, to the city center and to the beach. Our only complaint is about the one lift which was used also by the cleaners and sometimes we had to wait a few minutes to get up or down. Other than this, it was exceptional and really great.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom kept flooding, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. The bathroom door felt more like a door on a ship and did not properly isolate the bathroom from the room. The room itself did not smell fresh or clean. Instead, there was a strong smell of dampness, stale air, and dirt. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below what we expected.

Overall, the hotel was acceptable, mainly due to its convenient location close to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were clean and adequate, although quite small and lacking basic amenities that you would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. There is only one lift for the entire hotel, which often resulted in long waiting times, especially during busy periods. Another disappointing aspect was the parking. The parking facility is not owned or managed directly by the hotel, and even if you pay in advance, a parking space is not guaranteed. When Cannes is busy, you may arrive and find no available spots, which can be very frustrating. The breakfast buffet was also quite limited, offering less variety and quality than expected. Overall, the hotel feels more like a 3-star property than a 4-star one.

Garage is only 1,95 and not 2 meters as stated on the webpage. First room had defective and poorly working airconditioning, safe was locked by previous guest upon arrival. Second room ac worked slightly better but still not up to standards and I would estimate 25-26 degrees at its coldest. Hotel is tired and worn and did not feel very well maintained and cleaned. Bathroom was prefabricated plastic contraption that made you feel like you are on a ship. Breakfast was very basic. Friendly staff and deasent location 10 min walk from the beach. I am all Platinum and this was a disappointing stay. Would not return

have a great stay, received very friendly assistance and optimal services expected of a 4-star hotel suites. Rooms are wide compare to the other hotel nearby and staff are simply perfect. As a rather picky person, I did find a couple problem as to included furniture. The table in our room 314 has a bad roller feet, it keeps on falling and disconnecting from the table, which table would then fell of its roller feet if you try to move it. You might want to fix that. And if you provide a fridge and microwave inside the room, you might want to include a few utensils (forks, knife and spoons) and plates with the coffee machine, tea boiler and cutting board (the wood plate look like one), so the customers do not have to go downstairs to the reception to bed for those. Overall, I have a good experience as expected with an Novotel suite property.
