It is very good location by walking distance from the train station and city center. Bus stop is just beside the hotel. Very comfortable room and good house keeping. Hotel is very clean. Reception agents are smiling face and very helpful.

Hotel is well located with good size rooms. Tissue paper and proper coffee/tea mugs and glass or polycarbonate tumblers instead of paper cups should be provided in rooms. Breakfast variety is acceptable, although the scrambled eggs and sausages were overcooked and dry every morning. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This horrible hotel is old and certainly not in line with other Novotel properties, the breakfast is a disgrace, the elevator takes ages, the shower changes constantly between hot and cold, the old corridors with the carpets from the 60's are spooky and the waiting times are everywhere very high because there is almost no staff. Mobile phones do not work in the room, there is no coverage indoors, just a slow wifi. The front office manager has been very guest oriented and friendly but he is the big exception.
