Great location, friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and had everything I needed. Laundry room was about the only thing frustrating - only 1 washer/dryer and payment method and machines did not always work. Outside hotel was not maintained as well; was told that it was the city’s responsibility - but a garbage bag sat outside for weeks. Gave the hotel a bad look, which is a shame, because the hotel itself is great. Parking is tricky; only rent a small car!
