Loved the proximity to the center of town. All the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My studio had everything I could possibly need and super clean! Would higy recommend to others.

My first room (113) was horrible...dark, cold and could not keep windows open. Once I moved to 206 life was wonderful. I loved what you offered.

I had such a wonderful time at the Adagio Aix-en-Provence, and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. The staff was helpful and welcoming and always had a smile for us when we came "home". The hotel was very clean, and had good facilities, including a convenient parking garage under the building. The clothes dryer broke a couple of times during my stay, but it was fixed very quickly. The rooms had so many storage areas and cabinets, I can't imagine ever filling them up. I enjoyed the delicious smell of baking bread every morning. Ask for a mat for the bath tub if you take showers, as it can be slippery.

This hotel has no room service. On the kitchen studio you have no coffee or tea, no glass no plate no spoon... The hotel policy don't agree for any late check out, even there are not full booked , and don't respect the advantage of my Platinium accor statut.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations but be sure that we can allowed late check-out to our Accor guest WHEN it is possible. For information in Accor Hotel check in hour is 3pm and check out is 11 or 12. All our apartments have everything for the kitchen (spoon, plates, glasses...) it was in a furniture in the kitchen. Nearly everything was smooth at the Adagio. The only small problem I had was that the bed light on the window side of the bed did not work. I reported this to the reception the day I arrived and I was told that during the next work week the problem would be taken care of. But no one ever came and fixed the light which I believe only needed a new light bulb
