Have stayed here many times since 2015. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Location perfect, close to main part of town, all restaurants and shopping. The best thing about the hotel are the employees! They are so very helpful and will do whatever they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It's like staying with family.

The rooms were great, very tidy, and housekeeping was superb. The staff at the front desk, and the staff running the cafeteria were very patient and kind. Bonjour a Rosemay! I thought it was odd that the concierge could not provide me with a simple bedsheet. I asked for this because the couvre-lit was far too hot for me. I simply needed a sheet for better comfort. It would be great if you put a couple of sheets, and a few washcloths in the closet for us. I know that it is not traditional for the French to use a washcloth but it sure comes in handy. Most of the folks on my tour thought that the breakfast cost too much; maybe so. Seize Euro seemed to go a lot farther in the nearby cafes. Just an observation... On the whole, I had a very nice stay.

The hotel was in a great location., staff was pleasant and helpful. Things to improve: 1. Rooms should come with instructions on how the appliances work. 2. That the garbage needs to be separated and where it was to be taken plus replacement garbage bags. 3. I thought the breakfast provided by the hotel was expensive, eating in the room and having coffee with the espresso machine provided plus purchasing your own food was much better. All in all I had a lovely stay. I was with the Smithsonian group.
