Thank you for the warm welcome and the service during our stay. However, I would like to share a few observations that could improve the experience for future guests. First of all, regarding the mattress protector: while the idea of protecting against stains is understandable, the plastic cover used is not really effective, particularly in terms of waterproofing. Additionally, it negatively impacts sleep quality, as we found it quite uncomfortable to sleep with this type of protector. Fortunately, these items were removed before our night. Regarding the breakfast, we noticed that a machine had not been plugged in, which prevented the preparation of the soft-boiled eggs we were hoping to have. Although they were ready by 9 a.m., the breakfast service is supposed to start at 7:30 a.m., which slightly disrupted our meal. I hope these comments can be taken into consideration to enhance the experience for future visitors. Thank you again for your hospitality and availability. Best regards,
