Customer service wasn’t good they didn’t provide any enough information about food traveling shuttle service behavior of some front desk customer service wasn’t good not enough information about site Sean they provide I really un happy to go and stay like that

Our team are trained to inform our guests about activities to do in Winterthur. I am sorry that you didn't received the information expected. I understand the word "budget" is in this hotel's name but this hotel was, by far, the worst we experienced while in Switzerland. The cleanliness was unsatisfactory - hairs in the bathroom, stains on the wall, blood on the button to flush the toilet, etc. The shared spaces appeared dirty and had a foul smell. The young lady who checked us in was unfriendly and could barely lift her hand to point us in the direction of the elevators. There were several people loitering outside the building -smoking and playing music which did not make us feel safe. We booked a triple with a bunkbed and, like other reviews, there was NO room to put your luggage and your bodies in the space. We had to take turns sitting on the bed and opening luggage. We arrived late and left early because this was just a stopover on the way to ZURICH airport so we did not have energy to complain and did not feel the unfriendly woman at the desk would even care. Overall, I would not recommend this place until they improve the appearance, cleanliness and staff.
