The staff is not friendly, the rooms are too small, and we needed the AC and we could not turn it on. Too expensive for what we get.

Everything was OK, as usually. The only disturbing thing was the awful noise outside the window starting at 7:00 am. The noise was not from the hotel but from the construction work on the other side of the street.

Our hotel's central location can sometimes mean external factors, such as construction, can impact the tranquility of our guests' stay. For future visits, we can allocate a room on the back side of the hotel, which tends to be quieter. Additionally, we regret to hear that our breakfast selection did not include birchermuesli during your stay. We appreciate your preference for this item and will consider your feedback as we continuously review our breakfast offerings.
