Two things annoyed me immensely. The doors in this hotel close with a bang. On a public holiday morning, 14.05.26. The first bang woke me at about 6.30 am. From then on, it was more or less a cascade of banging doors. But the worst is yet to come. I arrived at breakfast at 8:50 a.m. There was a teaspoon of scrambled eggs, no croisants, except for chocolate ones, and no bread except for the tail end of a rustic baguette. I mentioned this to the receptionist and got no reaction or explanation. At 09.20, someone arrived with the scrambled eggs. I mentioned that there was no bread. OK OK ! was the answer, and the Baguetts, white and rustic, arrived at 9.35. I am an All Accor customer ( silver) and often use the Ibis chain, I know what to expect even in Budget but this was really my worst stay anywhere. Ibis budget Winterthur..... no thanks!

Comfortable room and beds. Only one complaint: the bathroom light switch (outside the bathroom) shines so bright when off and illuminates the room. We had to leave the bathroom light on. :(
