We sincerely apologise that your stay did not meet expectations and that several aspects of the accommodation caused discomfort. We are sorry to hear that you found the mattress uncomfortable and that the décor felt dated. As our hotel sits on the edge of the nightlife district, street noise can unfortunately sometimes be an issue, and we regret that this impacted your sleep. We appreciate your patience with the booking process when the app was not cooperating. It is great to hear that the team was able to promptly sort out the reservation and discount mix-up over the phone for both of your stays. We are sorry that your initial top-floor room did not meet your expectations due to the odour, the noise from the external air conditioning units, and your concerns regarding the spa bath water usage. However, we are very pleased that the team was able to move you swiftly to one of our refurbished rooms on level three. It is wonderful to know that you found the new furnishings and modern layout to be a much better fit. We are absolutely thrilled that you found the food and service to be top class. It is fantastic to hear that your dinner was immaculate and that you thoroughly enjoyed the bar, in-room dining, and your welcome drink. I will be sure to pass your kind words on to the team member who specially assisted you. We will also review your feedback regarding the welcome amenity to see where we can improve.
