It's in a great spot and was comfortable and had what we needed. Staff were also really friendly and accommodating. The downstairs foyer was lovely and I'm sure the renovated pool and rooftop area will be fabulous. However, our room was very "tired" and needed some TLC. Little things that are usually standard in a room were missing such as a bin in the bathroom, USB ports in the powerpoints (not one in the whole room) and a mini bar. The room also had a "musty" smell when you first entered. The chairs were damaged on the arms with the faux leather peeling away. It really needed an update.

Everytime we come and stay, we have the BEST experience, the customer service and welcome back Everytime is such a wonderful experience and Ludi the head chef is just truly amazing and the absolute best and get Tapioca bites were to die for, and please keep these on the menu ❤️ Thank you again Peter for the welcome back card and Chocolate and it's nice having a coffee pod machine in the room 🙌 Our room smelt so clean and fresh, and the parking is the so good too. Can't recommend enough and thank you again for a wonderful stay ❤️

Room was nice and spacious but being on the ground floor looking out the window at a wall was not great. Also with the renovations it was disappointing not having access to roof etc. but I did know that at booking time

Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Car park access is a little tricky but access to rooms from the car park is easy. Staff are very friendly and room service was easy and quick. Will stay again next time I am needing to work in Adelaide.

I wasn't feeling the best and needed rest but the jack hammering made it impossible to sleep and made me more irritable.
