I was staying for 7 nights of playing golf both at the 2 excellent courses at Cabot, but also the surrounding courses of St Emilion, Arcachon and Lacanau. My (delayed) welcome at Cabot was exceptional. Every aspect of my stay had been covered by Alexandre, Melanie and Estelle and as situations developed, they were swiftly sorted by these very capable staff. The golf is a 2 minute walk from the hotel reception and is also very well run and fully stocked with 'Cabotised' merchandise. I was quite surprised that the menu only changed once a year, but there were regular changes to the starter and main course 'Specials'. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well appointed with very effective 'climatisation'. The Nespresso machine a great addition which not all hotels have adopted, preferring as they unfortunately do to the 'last millenium practice' of instant coffee sachets and a kettle! Dining options away from the hotel are pretty far afield and given the remote location of Cabot, it is probably best to remain in situ and enjoy their cuisine, rather than taking a 80 euro taxi e/w to Bordeaux. Uber will skin you alive!! My stay was truly memorable and I look seriously look forward to repeating the experience as soon as is practicable.

The Bill Core suite was lovely with a great view overlooking the18th green on the Cabot Chateau course. The restaurant menu and food was just okay and the service was similar. There were a couple of little things that we inconveniences - no cream for the coffee in the room, and getting ice for the room. The thing that compensated for these weaknesses was the service we received from the front desk staff and Alexandre. He tended to our every need and made some great recommendations to make our overall stay excellent.

Nothing could have been any better. Two lovely courses to play. Food was excellent both for the lunches, breakfast and evening meals. Room was large enough and bed very comfortable with effective and quiet air conditioning. Would definitely go back if the opportunity arises.

It was a great experience honestly , maybe need some more signage for the golf courses so you know where you are going and perhaps a starter on the first tee.

I was part of a large group enjoying Cabot Bordeaux for a week of golf and associated events. The golf pro staff, front desk staff, dining and bar staff, housekeeping-all at the resort- were courteous, friendly and highly professional. Saying thx to all as a great time was had by all!

Friendly, responsive staff Heating not working, they found us another room The water fountain nearest us wasn’t working either Valentine meal was great but we were at the table for three hours which was a bit too long
