Had a lovely relaxing stay in the turret room,72. Quiet room on the second night but on the first there was an overflow from a wedding do of people outside loudly talking til 3.30am which was annoying. I had a day spent in the spa area which was good and had a top to toe treatment which was very nice. The bar was good and breakfast was excellent both mornings. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked a few weeks ago and confirmed by telephone that we had been allocated two twin rooms. When we arrived we are informed that we did indeed have two twin rooms. However, when we got to our rooms, located at an extremity of the hotel, we discovered that they had been set up as double rooms. So we went back to reception carrying all our bags and were informed that the beds would be made as twins when we returned later that evening. So we returned to our rooms (still carrying all our bags) and unpacked. Around 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door and we were informed that we were being move to different rooms so we had pack up again and move two different rooms.
