Really enjoy this accommodation, for our road trips to London, good spot, fantastic value, clean , accessible for our disabled daughter, Good on services food, relax, clean basic rooms, friendly welcome and enough for a a short stay , hot drinks , ironing room , Travelling with the dogs too the nature walk and pond/ ducks: play area in summer travelling with grandson . Always our top stop ⭐️ Ease of being on services with food, drink etc weatherspoons for a chill in beer and views to pond etc , what needed after London, Choices of other food outlets suites all. Unfortunately, after the 3 years , several times , seasons , we have noticed a change ! Not the accommodation/ staff But the loss of outlets! Which we enjoyed and worked! Ie) weatherspoons, the hub , the locals the atmosphere, the patio at the back, Now outlets changed/ some shut down/ changed/ refurb?! This visit seemed sad, the state of the shut down outlets! Sad , dirty , eye sore !neglect Surely ibis could re vamp in offer a restaurant? Bar ? Then no promotion wrlcome as Halloween? Like they did at Xmas and sweets for our grandson?? On this visit now got to pay for parking!!!’we were not informed on booking. Each time over 3 years …. Lost the umphf🫣🤔🤔 Next visit to London have to re look at other options So sad as wax such good value settings amenities, just felt sad . Didn’t have same atmosphere, the out door space sad and ears about . Ibis its self is clean , good welcoming staff Good value , we sleep well and enjoy . Current economy, etc as just made cud re think next time

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, I can see why it’s so popular! Whenever I’m working in the area this is my first choice and I can walk to where I need to go. Staff are very friendly and polite. Room is a very good size and clean, nice en-suite too and very quiet. I thought being near the services it would be noisy but it was actually very peaceful. Happy stay here again when the time comes. Highly recommend. :)

Booked an accessible room due to partner's mobility issues. Was easy to access, clean and comfortable. Dog could stay too, for a reasonable £5 charge. Only issue if a wheelchair user was staying was minimal clearance between end of bed and wall.
