I arrived, had a complication with my booking that the staff couldn’t resolve by transferring all refunding my original stay and charged my a massive $500 when I originally booked and paid $160 and the “family room” was the most mediocre excuse for a $500 room I’ve ever been a part of

I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults online and payed $230 then when I checked in I did make a mistake when I booked then I had to pay $270 more for 1room so a total of $500 all because the football was on and the room was a joke very small room shower toilet and I checked room price next day and it was $95-100 what a rip-off
