I came to this hotel because I had stayed here before and had no problem. But on arrival, Air con not working well indicated by large units in the foyer. In my room, cockroaches walking over coffee cups. In the shower 3 more chockroaches. In the toilet 2 more cockroaches. Not a healthy environment. In bed I looked up to the ceiling to see a spider walking along the ceiling.

My stay at the hotel was good. I knew what I was expecting having stayed at ibis budget in Melbourne. Family room was good as had double bed and 2 bunk beds 1 upper and lower. Had good light and fridge. Only thing to note is this is a budget hotel, don't expect 4 star rooms or service. Room was very warm and stuffy as you can't open window, air con will cool room down. Fridge had a bit of mould in shelf , walls had stains. Toilet light wasn't working and as no air flow there it also had slight smell. In all I would stay again just for price and location. Great for NRL games, tennis, soccer matches. If you want to be close to transport but 526 drips you outside hotel and picks up across road.

Main room door didn't latch properly when closed and needed to be manipulated to latch correctly. The shower recess door leaked leaving the floor outside the shower very wet, completely saturating the floor mat and the floor slippery after one or 2 showers. Air conditioner had a squeaking noise from a fan bearing. There were no additional pillows in the room and the one on each bed was very flat.
