1. The reception guys should be more friendly, at night I asked about a sack to put my shoes in, on of the guys replied in an offensive way that there is no sacks. For such an expensive hotel representing Budapest, you should be equipped with such things and be friendly till maximum level. 2. The toilet had a very bad smell, and I needed to discover this by myself, which was the brush that people use to clean the toilet. During check in, these brushes should be replaced because it stinks with time. I think more care should be given to the cleaning quality in the hotel. Also, as I checked in my room, I found some food leftovers on the desk.

The location for the hotel is very good, and the room is pretty spacious as well. The only concern for this stay is the washroom is very badly designed. The bathtub is very uncomfortable to stand due to its narrow design, and the position of the shower knob is very awkward as well. It’s very hard not to hit so many times while showering ….

Had a 4 night stay had no problems. My wife has celiac and the staff were very helpful arranging gluten free food at breakfast
