The person with long hair in the bar counter shouted at me regarding the voucher redemption of welcome drink. He entered my room without knocking and re entered later with a knock. The toilet has a screw type thing next to the water closet and keep hitting on me. I reported all these to the duty manager, however no follow up or feedback received. Not very friendly hotel.

The hotel was great! I got a room on a high floor with a nice view. The staff were very helpful and even added a tea maker and some water to my room. I also got early check-in, which was a big plus. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I arrived at the property early for check in (around 11 am), when I am prepared to just store my luggage to get on with my itinerary. Barbara, who handled my check in, checked with housekeeping and realised my original room was not ready yet. However, she found me a clean and ready room. In a time and age where hotel tries to squeeze every penny out of the customer, her efforts and the property's hospitality are immensely valuable. The hotel is conveniently situated opposite the city park, where my main destination is, and is well-connected by public transport. My room was basic but clean, which gave me what I needed. I should also mention that the air-conditions was not powerful, and I was glad it was only warm in Budapest during my stay. As mentioned in other reviews, there was some siren sound from the ambulances passing by, but it was not bothersome to me and I slept through the night. You could ask for a room on the upper levels to minimise the noise disturbance.

The hotel's location right next to the Zoo and close to the subway station is a huge plus. When I booked our 4-night stay, I requested two adjacent rooms away from the main street, as it can get noisy, especially with a hospital nearby. The hotel staff fully accommodated my request. The parking space is a huge plus, especially at only €17 per night. I was away with the car for 2 days, and every time I returned, I found a spot in the underground parking.The breakfast is good, just like in any other hotel. As a tip for those looking for a relatively quiet area: the hotel’s location is excellent, especially with the M1 metro line nearby. At just 450 HUF for a one-way ticket, it’s not worth driving to the Danube and trying to find parking. Of course, you can buy various passes and tickets depending on your time and group size. The public transport system is very efficient and well-explained in English.The beds are very comfortable, and the sheets and towels were changed every day. I am not a very picky person and I don't look for minor details like a small leak somewhere or a bit of dust under the bed. For me, what really matters is the comfort of the beds, clean sheets, and hot water in the bathroom :) .

I am completely dissatisfied with my experience during my stay at the hotel. This is not simply a review. I have been an Accor customer for more than 20 years and I am a Gold member, so you can imagine that I am very familiar with what I can reasonably expect from each of the Group’s brands. What I experienced here is worth describing, if only to prevent future guests from finding themselves in the same situation. In short, I would describe it as a sad, soulless hotel. Apparently, getting a smile or even a friendly look from a receptionist is an extra that is not included in the room rate. On top of that, the air conditioning in my room was not working. They were unable to fix it and eventually moved me to another room — these things can happen, of course. The overall result is simply disappointment. If I return to Budapest, I certainly will not stay at this hotel again.

We travelled for the Formula 1. Stayed near hero's square for the F1 shuttle. Hotel was well located for this so would recommend for any future visitors. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was good. The only thing that would be nice to have in a room like this would be a small fridge so we can chill drinks before heading off to the F1.
