The room we got was very good value for money. However following are issues: 1. Hotel is showing it age, room need to be refurbished. 2. Hot water as not work when we checked in 3. We could't check to our room until after 5pm (standard is 3pm) 4. the Bathroom hotwater tap didn't work correctly. 5. Ants in the room. 6. gekco in the room. 7. breakfast was average too much was indian food, egg was not boiled enough not enough change between each day.

It would have been a 10 if not for the noisy workman on a day I had a bad headache and was trying to nap. Just one of those unfortunate things.

We had massive ants in our room and in my daughters bed pest control came at midnight,they where great the management they moved us the next day.the buffet dinners not worth it food is terrible and a waste of money,breakfast very average it isn’t a 5 star hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach and would like to share my experience. From the very beginning, the reservation process was handled exceptionally well. I would like to extend my gratitude to Ms. Astiti, who kindly assisted with my room request. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite room. The room was incredibly comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a decent view. Cleanliness and neatness were absolutely top-notch. Coincidentally, I stayed during my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a complimentary slice of cake. It was a lovely gesture, and the cake itself was delicious. The check-in experience was smooth and seamless, especially at the dedicated Accor member area, where the staff were friendly and welcoming. During our stay, there was an event called “Tjakra7,” which we truly enjoyed. Special thanks to Ms. Citra and Mr. Arya for their outstanding assistance throughout the event. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. We also had breakfast at the hotel, and it was excellent. The food was very tasty, with a wide variety of options despite it being “just breakfast.” One of the highlights of the hotel is the infinity pool, which gives a beach club-like atmosphere, complete with music that perfectly complements the seaside ambiance. However, there was one area that needs improvement. During my stay, I used a motorcycle to get around Bali, which is quite common to avoid traffic. Unfortunately, I noticed that the security staff seemed to treat guests arriving by motorcycle differently. There was no greeting when we entered the hotel, unlike guests arriving by car who were warmly welcomed. I hope management can address this, as all guests regardless of their mode of transportation should be treated equally. Overall, my experience at Pullman Bali Legian Beach was highly satisfying. I would gladly return for another stay in the future, and I hope to see improvements in the security service moving forward.
