Property was in a great location right across the street from Legian Beach. Facilities were good, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional, and even accommodated a room change for us when requested. Traffic is usually bad in the area, so leave 30 mins if you're taking a car to Seminyak and other areas. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants, shopping and spa outlets.

Excellent well-located hotel conveniently located next to Kuta Beach with very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. My wife and I were upgraded from a Deluxe Executive Room to a Superior Suite upon check-in. We had our delicious meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the very good Montage Restaurant. It will be great to have more Indonesian food choices at the restaurant. The delicious Gado Gado specially prepared by Chef Wayan was fantastic. Our commendations go to Dodi and his Front Desk team (especially Alfito), Guest Experience Executive Astiti Kurniawati, Chef Wayan and his F&B team at Montage Restaurant, and Deputy Manager Herbert. We will definitely be returning to Pullman Bali Legian Hotel for our future stays in wonderful Bali

Although the rooms were spacious, they were musty and a lot of condensation, our overall stay was disappointing, The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The pools were not cleaned properly and there was not enough seats in the pool areas for the amount of rooms. Over 200 rooms and each pool has about 20 seats. I would not recommend the Pullman to anyone.
