We had our fifth and best stay at the Pullman. It is a very good value hotel with much to like. We stayed in a superior suite only a few short metres from the infinity pool. This is a refurbed. With a bedroom and a small lounge area additional room it has plenty of room. Would be great for a family with two young or 1 older child - has its own tv. Bathroom is very good, bed on the harder side but acceptable, excellent new large tv and a small balcony. The f and b is very good. The breakfast is excellent. For us the only option we wanted that was missing was dim sum. We had 1 evening buffet which we thought was excellent value at around 40$ aud. Unlike some buffets we have had in Bali, the food was hot. The service is top notch, professional and friendly. Especially the check in crew at breakfast. Although there are 3 pools they are not large. The infinity pool is lovely but in high season it would be a challenge to get a poolside lounge at popular times. We definitely will return again.
