Overall very good. Slight hiccup with my room as I booked the 1 bed sea view room but was given a resort view room. This was rectified after the first night. I initially stayed at Sofitel the Palm in 2023. Rooms do need a bit of TLC. Overall though not much else to say other than it is an excellent value for money family resort

Hotel is clean and loverly the buffet restaurant let's it down with poor choice and lack of fruit options. Staff are very good but are over the top, being asked if your food is ok 6-8 times while eating is to much. On check in i did experience a bit of a hard sell to upgrade to premium didnt like no as an answer but 1600 egp was a little rich. Had 2 rooms as first was a rubbish view and def not a palm view that I paid for, cant see how you get a palm view on the 1st floor looking a wall and it smelt of mould. 2nd room was a lot better and a higher floor for view.
