Nice room looked updated.my only complaint was there were only two power outlets. One was used so many times it did not work so hard to charge five devices.other than that great location and pet friendly

i am a regular guest at ibis and other accor hotels but this time at ibis pattya i faced some problems in room service i left my room for cleaning but upon return i found my suitcase wheel broken badly , i know it was not anything intentional and i can see it was broken accidentally, but the reason i felt bad was when i told the reception they were avoiding badly , and didn't help in any way.

Good cheap hotel with nice staff and good breakfast for this price. A/C didn't work one day in case of prevention works, but personal informed about it in advance. For this inconvenience was complimentary buffet in lobby.
