I always enjoy my stay with IBIS PATTAYA. The only deficiencies we always experience is that the Breakfast is somewhat lacking in variety and tends to cater more towards the Indian customers. Special mention for Staff Member OH,she went exceeded our requirements to make breakfast more enjoyable and was always available to assist with dietary assistance. Staff overall excellent people,smiling,greeting and welcoming.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with clean and beautifully maintained rooms. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, offering a great mix of local and international options. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
