Quite dissapointed we have been regular visitors not that sure i will be back tho. Barking dogs staying in hotel. We were located at rear of property train tram line kept me awake & my hair drier burt out n i have very short hair after only 5 mins there were sparks coming from it and two days later still not removed from our room it was a fire hazzard and the maintenance girl was non fussed. Also the pool area smelled of raw sewerage not sure if there were drainage issues? Not our usual experience at all:(

Can only imagine it was a busy night and I got there late, room smelled like it hadn’t been used or cleaned for a long time. Usually get a room with a nespreeso machine but just Nescafé. Not a good stay this time but breakfast was ok

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and they have always been great. And as a Gold member you usually get early check in or room upgrades etc, however this time, room wasn’t available and no upgrade, nor the usual friendly service.

Dear Mr G., we are so sorry that your recent stay did not meet your expectation. Please accept our apologies. While we do everything we can to offer early check in or upgrade, unfortunately we do not always have the opportunity, mainly during high seasons and school holidays. Our hotel is fully booked, guests are enjoying their stays to last minute, asking for late check outs in the same time. We simply do not have room available to clean and accommodate early check ins, because guests from yesterday are still in rooms. We face similar challenge with higher category rooms, guests booked and pay supplement for premium rooms, we simple did not have any available for free upgrade. We fully understand your expectation as Gold member, yet, time to time, hotels may not have any solution to meet it, completely outside of their control.
