Very nice access to the shops and restaurants nearby. the amenities are superb. me and my kids enjoyed, specially the pool and the gym. we’ll definitely come back again.

We booked this hotel for our family vacation, the location was excellent, the train to the city center was very convenient, the shops around made snacks easy to obtain, and the suite was perfect for our family. My only preference would have been two twin beds instead of a fold out couch for the kids, but that's a personal preference instead of a problem. We loved that the suite had a balcony and powder room, the layout was very functional and comfortable. I would stay here again.

We are sorry that you found the hotel expensive compared to previous years - unfortunately rates in all hotels in the city have been on the rise, and this is due to many factors such as occupancy and demand. Nice greeting at reception. Parking discount and straightforward. Room wasn’t made up completely so there was someone in the room still going that when we checked in at 5.30pm which I thought was a bit unprofessional. Dinner was good. Breakfast was good although no one explained where the teas and coffees were so we had to wander about wondering for a while. Staff friendly. Pool was the highlight! Excellent. Clean and best of all - warm!

The room is quite large and comfortable. The staff is also friendly. The hotel is about 30 minutes away from the town center but it's conveniently located near a train station and tram stop.
