We travelled by car and the hotel was very easy to get to. It is just a short walk to the tram station with trams around every 5 minutes into Edinburgh or out to the airport. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and spacious. I travelled with a child, and our room was right by the tram line which was noisy until just after midnight, and they start again early in the morning. Not a complaint, just a thought for any light sleepers. We enjoyed the small pool at the hotel. They provide towels just before entering the unisex changing area, and lockers take a £1 coin. A lovely experience overall and we would definitely use this hotel again.

Great location, only two stops away from Edinburgh centre on the train and 5 minute walk from Edinburgh Park train station. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room and overall hotel was very clean with no defects. Breakfast was plentiful with a verity of choice and the food provided was great quality.

We arrived for a fairly late check in and was greeted with a well staffed reception desk, and as a little bonus we found ourselves being given an upgraded room. The room we were given was very spacious, clean and comfortable - perfect for our short stay. We used the pool, which was reasonably quiet and plenty of clean fresh towels were available. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fruits, pastries, cereals and cooked options - we tried them all. The location of the hotel suited us perfectly with first class transport links. Can definitely recommend.

Am not happy that i was charged twice for parking in the hotel (30 pound). With out informing me thah its not free.

I am sorry that there was an issue with the car park payment - may I please ask you if this was solved? I would be happy to assist you with this. We are open and transparent with the car park arrangement in all our booking channels and advice all our guests that, the car park outside the hotel, is operated by a third-party company and that there is a fee for that. The breakfast standard and range has gone down

It was short trip of 2 nights however staff was very helpful and supportive. Specially Front office team is Asset for the hotel. F&B team also is working very hard however few of them rude and not made for hospitality. Overall all stay was amazing and after upgrade the room view was also superb. Will visit back soon for a week and stay at Novotel. Just one small request to add some options for infants/kids food in menu.

Family trip. Kids enjoyed the pool, but shame they sauna/steam room only for 18+. Room was comfortable. Did back onto train tracks, so loud if window open. Quick 15-20 min tram to DT

Unfortunately, children and under 18s are not allowed into saunas or steam rooms due health & safety concerns.
