Dear Kristan, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. We are sorry that, on this occasion, we did not manage to "wow" you. Unfortunately, children and under 18s are not allowed into saunas or steam rooms due health & safety concerns. I am also sorry that you found your room noisy, please know that you can leave a remark on your booking when making the reservation if you prefer to be allocated in the other side of the building. We cannot guarantee any specific room, however, we would do our best to fulfil your requests.
