Good hotel with great transport links to city centre. Checkin was a bit busy and could have benefitted from another person to reduce the queue. Room was tidy and clean. There was however a babies dummy behind the sofa bed from previous occupants. The swimming pool was superb, however it could benefit from more changing cubicles and some lockers need repaired. Service and food in restaurant was excellent and breakfast has a great selection on offer.

With the start of the school holidays, certain periods become significantly busier, particularly as our hotel regularly operates at over 95% occupancy. We do increase staffing during peak times to minimise waiting, and we will continue to review our planning to further improve guest flow. We are also truly sorry for the oversight in your room. Finding a baby’s dummy behind the sofa bed is not acceptable, and we have addressed this with our Housekeeping team to reinforce our cleaning standards and prevent this from happening again. On a more positive note, we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of your room, our superb swimming pool, and the excellent service and food in our restaurant. Your comments about the changing facilities and lockers have been passed to the relevant team for review, as we strive to enhance the experience for all our guests. I stayed on the 3rd floor and my room had a an additional door, i assume to another room, regardless i was kept awake by another guests snoring so i was disappointed with the poor level of insulation between rooms, i would stay again but not in that room.

a few points of improvement needed. 1. not even a full toilet roll present in room when checked in, had to ask housekeeping for more on first day 2. toilet flush in bathroom very poorly functioning 3. Shower head bar loose not fixed wall properly 4. only 1 robe in the suite room 5. only 2 bottles of water in fridge yet 4 people staying 6. Air conditioning remote missing from bedroom so could not use 7. only able to use 1 socket in bedroom as TV placement made the spare ones above desk unusable. 8. Sauna not in operation on first day of stay 9. not made aware of swimming classes being held in pool during stay, which restricted pool capacity use 10. shower at pool side handle broken dangerous to operate
