First room was not cleaned completely, the carpet had bits all over it. I found the foam mattress to be very uncomfortable, hard, and hot. Coupled with the on/off air conditioning I had a very poor nights sleep. On the positive side the cooked breakfast was really good. (would be nice if you had oat milk available for non-dairy people). Overall, I don't think I'll book a room again.

Stayed for 6 nights and never saw outside because the window was covered for construction. Second bed was actually sofa bed, so it was less comfortable and left no where to sit or move around. Carpet amd bed stains. Unhappy. Would not recommend.

Not enough space to unpack bags if you are staying for more than 2 nights. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Same thing for breakfast 6 days in a row.

Only issue we had was the shower and tub both leak water all over the floor when you use them. Otherwise wonderful stay, excellent housekeeping, delicious room service, close to the train station and nice area, quiet room, friendly check in desk.
