Our experience was amazing, staff could not do more to make our stay special. Hotel is unbelievably clean and comfortable in a quiet and beautiful part of London with amazing facilities on the door step. Cannot wait to stay again.

We were slightly disappointed in the room provided - felt quite dated, in particular the shower which was in need of replacement. Normally as a gold member I've been provided with an upgraded room in the past but was told this was not available on this occasion due to the hotel being full.

Beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price, just around the corner from Paddington station. Perfect location with shops and restaurants walking distance

I had a really shitty journey. I had a veryy warm welcome at the Novotel and got quickly over that. Thanks to the comprtent woman at the reception! We had a nice time and I plan to come again.

Receptionist seemed plesent enough at first, then when I asked for bathrobes and slippers for swimming pool she said its not for us, she did not offer them nor mentioned that for an extra charge we can have tem. I found out about that option in a day of our departure. When I asked how to lock the swimming pool locker she was unhelpful. Clean rooms and very good food. Also it was quiet despite the noises outside(railway station). I would recommend the hotel just not recepcionist.
