Six days of great room, fantastic service, high end food, and kindness everywhere. Willd Honey was excellent, the Bistrot very good, and a superb breakfast. Tons of great help with my disability from assisting with cars to lending a wheelchair, truly helpful. Everyone was very nice and focused on our pleasure.

The hotel is situated in a perfect position. Although it is right in the heart of the action, inside it is an oasis of calm. It's a 2 or 3 minute stroll from Piccadilly Circus one way and even closer to The Mall in the other direction. Every member of staff we dealt with were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our accommodation was perfect. Sofitel had thought of everything. And I'm sure if there was anything else required it would be sorted with a minimum of fuss. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast was perfect with endless options. A mention special for the coffee. The espresso was so smooth I didn't need sugar. St James Bar is perfect for a late night tipple. Fabulous cocktails. They serve a perfect Old Fashioned. All in all we had a wonderful stay at Sofitel St James. We've already booked a return visit for next year.

We cannot find fault with this hotel or the staff. From the moment the concierge helps you out the taxi to the point of leaving when they, once again, help you into the taxi. Guest Relations; Violeta help me arrange a surprise for my partners birthday (which he loved) - Violeta couldn't be more helpful. Bar staff are great, shout out to Mikey who remembered us from previous visits and ensured we were looked after. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to all staff at Sofitel St James.
