Excellent location and amenities - particularly happy with ventilation/air quality A spur of the moment booking at the end of our UK holiday - booking staff were very efficient. We are doctors and very aware of optimal infection control and "clean air" - carrying a portable CO2 monitor to assess air quality. Sofitel St James air quality was exceptionally good both in our room and in shared areas, giving us confidence to relax and enjoy the ambience.

Always gracious attentive staff , beautiful decor and perfect London location . I also find the size of the hotel perfect . A quite active buzz without being a mad house or overwhelming . Very nice place to walk into from the business of St James, Piccadilly , and The West End

Just perfect from the reception to the room and facilities, the only downside was the jacuzzi in the spa was faulty.
