as a diamond member of Accor, i was totally disappointed at arrival. It looks that nobody’s know about my status. In the room, nothing specific for my status, no welcome letter, nothing. Even if i reserve a room with a size of 32 sqm, I receive a smaller one. Nobody told me about the upgrade concerning per my status. I was obliged to change the room because my mattress was destroyed and i was not able to sleep. What i received from the hotel: only apologies. This was definitely my last stay with Sofitel St James and looking into my history, i went here for many times.
