I had a wonderful stay in London. I very much appreciated the central location and how friendly the team was. They were very welcoming and accommodating, offering a late check-out, great assistance during the check-in process, and helpful resources for the amenities and the city.

We had an exceptional stay at the Sofitel St James. From the moment we arrived, the staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming, always with a smile. The breakfast offered a wide range of high-quality choices, and our evening meal at Wild Honey was, as always, a real delight. The room was excellent, and the housekeeping service was equally impressive. Overall, the hotel shows great attention to detail in every aspect of the guest experience. This was our third stay at the Sofitel St James, and it continues to impress. As a frequent traveller with experience of many different hotel brands, I can confidently say that this hotel is a star.
