We had the most incredible experience staying at Sofitel St James London the other day. The day started with the warm welcome from reception informing us that our room is ready one hour before check in time and we got upgraded from the Junior Suit to the Prestige Suit, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was stunning! So spacious and stylish, we literally couldn’t fault it. There was a personalised note in the room, a bottle of champagne and some deserts - what a treat. We also had a lovely Jinny visiting us and giving us a tour of the suit. Meeting her was a cherry on top of this fairytale of a stat. Thank you, Sofitel, we would soooo be back!

Excellent service by Sofitel team right from the hotel entrance when I arrived and got off from my uber. Porter was there to receive me and off loaded my luggages. Check in staff was amazing and arranged a hospitality manager to take me to my room. A tour at the hotel was also arranged. Check out was quick and easy.
