Was disappointed to not earn Accor points for my stay (booked with my Aeroplan points which I understand still pays the hotel cash?) Other than that, it was a great stay and I look forward to coming back in (June/July) 2026.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with grace, kindness and warmth. The staff made us feel like we were "at home." The concierge was excellent and provided wonderful recommendations. The genuine warmth we felt from the entire staff was just fantastic. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Any need we had - extra towels, etc was attended to immediately. Loved the mulled wine in the lobby! This was our first trip to London, and the location of the Sofitel St. James made it easy to walk almost anywhere. We were spoiled by the hotel and the staff, and we definitely will be back!
