I was delighted for the excellent treatment I had while staying at this hotel recently. In the month of SepEvery element of my stay, from the friendly greeting at check-in to the careful attention I received during my visit, beyond my expectations. My trip was genuinely unforgettable because of your staff's expertise, warmth, and commitment. I was constantly impressed by the quality of service, whether it was from the concierge, housekeeping, or room service. Apart from the outstanding service, I would like to draw attention to your hotel's wonderful location. It was the perfect option for any traveler since it was not only practical for seeing the surroundings but also offered quick access to a number of important sites. My experience has led me to strongly suggest your hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, pleasurable stay. Once again, I want to thank you for making my stay here so amazing. I hope to return in the future.I highly recommend

Insufficient lighting in the room this time. The main light bulbs don't appear to be centered in the room. And the lamps nearby do very little. Room cards were not working at the time, which is understandable (systems fail), but still inconvenient. I would say that if there was a backup card available (which I received on day 2), maybe that should have been offered from the start? Going to the gym became quite the chore. Other than that breakfast was still very good.

When we checked in we were greeted by Georgina who was extremely attentive. Unfortunately we were provided two rooms with terrible views. Since we were to stay there for 9 days I asked to be moved. When they moved us the next day we were given the wrong rooms. My kids had our room and we had theirs. We had already unpacked and decided to remain so as not to bother anyone. Plus we were terribly jet lagged. That was the only thing that we did not enjoy. Other than that, excellent bistro, staff at the bar, reception and concierge were excellent. Thank you to all who made our stay feel like a home.

The location is great next to Mayfair/Kensington. The staff is great and always very efficient. The room service foods is also good and always served on time.

staff were attentive, professional and helpful. Christmas lunch was excellent and staff were really amazing. the room and music was not really conducive to xmas spirit. spa was little underwhelming as was the gym. trouble with young men revving their cars on two nights - for 20-30 minutes. a real issue. bar staff went beyond their duties - really impressed especially with young English man who made is feel very welcome.
