The hotel lobby and common areas are very elegant and the service was very good. We had a triple room for us and our teenage daughter. The room was very comfortable and the size was perfect. The hotel is under renovation but the windows are soundproof and we did not hear any noises.

The whole Novotel team made my experience above expectations by being very kind, professional and helpful every time I asked for something, Special mention to Charles! I also had the most delicious Spicy Margarita at the hotel bar, made by Shah, a gentleman and a great barman. I will come back!

Food was no better than we could get at Wetherspoons but cost twice as much! Swimming pool was cold. Sauna was only warm Bathroom arrangement in the room was appalling and unhygienic. Scaffolding outside the building was very off-putting.
