Staff and customer service was excellent. Location and services very good. Unfortunately the room was sooo small and not particularly very welcoming in anyway. Cold and sterile. However bed was comfy and we weren’t in the room for long.

Good room, staff and cafe, well located walk distance to bridge, rocks, barangaroo, Wynyard station and airport line. Suits brief stopovers with domestic and international connections. Good if you have no car to park as it is semi-cbd/apartment area plus good fair price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Few cafes around so a big relief to get coffee Bacon eggs etc downstairs I will stay again and ibis all over the shop in Oz are quite similar and reliable at a budget within city CBDs

We love IBIS Bangaroo for its location and modern decor. We received a welcome gift which was nice. It was my birthday so it would been nice to be recognized for this on check in. The team are accommodating. The toilet roll holder needs straightening and check in could be faster.

I was put in a wheelchair accessible room on the first floor (I am able-bodied), which had an automatic door - it took a long time to close and didn't always close/lock completely. My room was nice and spacious (as you would expect if you're in a wheelchair) but there was no table space for me to work from, and no rack for my luggage, which meant I had to either put my case on the floor or the bed.
