All the staff from the people on reception to the cleaners were lovely. I injured my ankle and the staff at reception were very helpful with ice packs and bandages. The room was small but well though out and clean. Again, exceptional service from the staff.

We enjoyed our stay the room had everything we needed and was in a good location very close to Darling Harbour and reasonably close to the CBD. The breakfast was very good value the breakfast wraps were delicious and the staff were exceptional.

I could have done without the prostitute working day and night I was going to change rooms but I heard she had checked out that morning I thought my new neighbour was a working girl but she wasnt to loud

The air conditioning kept tripping. Staff member did his best to fix it, but it turned itself off after that. 2 nights of no air conditioning and stuffy room. The shower mixer required millimetre precision between cold and hot.
