Great location when attending sporting events for our kids. It's a shame the price goes up so much if it clashes with a professional sporting event or concert. Room and parking have both increased considerably this year.

Staff were lovely but the beds and bedding were terrible. The mattresses were cheap and nasty I could feel the coils in my back. The pillow selection was perplexing also, the large pillow wasn’t at all functional and the smaller pillow was cheap and nasty. Breakfast was ok but its definitely lacking compared to other competitor offerings. Overall the experience was marred by a terrible sleep.

The sheets had stains on them, two out of the four towels smelled absolutely foul. There was dust covered on the small table in the room. The water bottles on the table were so old that it looked like people had been using them to crack open their beers or to try to open things with them as the kids were all dinted. The back of the curtains had stains on them and they really needed a wash. The bath wasn’t cleaned properly as there was a pubic hair in it. The pillows were awful and none of the ones you could choose from were to my liking. I was just deeply saddened as I expected a lot more from an establishment such as this.

I treated my daughter to stay at your hotel for her birthday and it was the most perfect birthday. The customer service was excellent, I especially want to thank Romina, who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my daughter's birthday was perfect. She organised complimentary champagne and a beautiful cake for our room, which was such a thoughtful and generous surprise. We had a gorgeous room where we could sit, drink champagne and watch the sunset. Being able to simply wander over to the concert was also amazing. No stress about parking or struggling to get home after the concert. And to top off, Romina also organised a late checkout for us. What more could we ask for. Thank you to Romina and the Pullman for making my daughter's birthday so special and memorable.
