We have never been so disappointed when arriving for a stay. The photos did not match the rooms at all! Completely understand this is a budget friendly accommodation however we checked out within an hour as we just couldn’t cope with it. The room felt like we were in jail no window dark dirty and smelly as we then requested to change rooms and the other room provided was better however still not comfortable to sleep. We left within an hour or less and cut our losses with the money we spent as we couldn’t cope with the room. Extremely disappointed
