Central location, so easy to explore city. The room was surprisingly good considering it is a budget hotel…clean sheets etc, aircon, bar fridge…and quiet.

Staff at the front desk were all lovely and very good at explaining all the services provided by the hotel. The room was very clean and well fit for one person. The hotel is in a very convenient location for trams and shopping.

I tried this hotel for a change, usually I'm at Ibis Kingsgate, but I didn't sleep well. The bed is comfortable but the air conditioner blows directly onto it so it's unhealthy to use it. It should be moved up. Also the fire stairs should be opened to general use because the lifts are sometimes too slow.
