the hotel is good, well located, good restaurant, greats service attitude.. but in different rooms i stayed the last two times the internet connection was awfull, it constantly disconnected when i was attending web conference meetings and for me this is critical as i need to work from my hotel room most of the time, ui call and ask to solve the issue, the hotel loook how solve this but it really does not change.. so i decided to never come back again. this week i went to Lima and Stayed at the Pullman Lima San isidro and it was a better experience!!

Always experience a great stay at Novotel Lima San Isidro. This one time I got a room designed for guests with disabilities and the shower was not good (broken shower, flooding the entire bathroom all the time). Since the stay was only for two nights and I was busy, I decided not to ask for a change but I did reported the issue when checking-out.

Is a hotel that is well located, and that I think is the biggest positive point. The service is very basic, small rooms, small tv, no water to drink.

The hotel is well located, which is a positive point. However, my overall experience was disappointing. During check-in, the room key provided did not work, which delayed access to my room. The replacement keys also failed, so I had to return to the front desk multiple times before the issue was resolved. This created an unnecessary delay and a poor first impression. Additionally, I have still not received my payment receipt/invoice, which should have been handled promptly after the stay. Overall, the experience was below what I would expect from a Novotel property.

We spent one night at the hotel while waiting for our connecting flight. The hotel is very pleasant, everything is clean, and the rooms, beds, and bathroom are all very good. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. Only one small thing bothered us: the hotel recommended their own taxi service to the airport, which was supposed to cost 60 dollars. When we asked why they couldn’t simply call a taxi from the company that operates at the airport, we were told that we could do that, but those taxis would not be safe and that theft happened there from time to time. I consider this to be completely unfounded fear-mongering in order to increase the hotel’s profit. The taxi service from the airport cost us 15 dollar. It was first-class, great care was taken regarding safety, the name of the driver was clearly communicated, and I saw no reason at all why it should be unsafe. To be honest, this scaremongering slightly spoiled the end of our vacation in Peru. What is the point of that? Very poor style! Aside from that, it is an excellent hotel that I would recommend without reservation. The neighborhood is also very pleasant; there is a supermarket across the street and the restaurant/café Mozart, where you can enjoy a very nice meal.
