Great facilities, food in the hotel is lovely. The bedrooms have all facilities and the beds are soooo comfy you will not want to get up !!

Great location, but the hotel doesn’t justify the price. Everything feels old and worn and needs a serious refresh. The hallways have an odd smell. The room is spacious but dated; the shower is caked in limescale and looks like it hasn’t been deep-cleaned in years, and water leaks out from under it. The whole property needs an urgent upgrade. I also went to ask about spa massages, and the women at the spa and reception were quite rude.

While I am pleased that you appreciated our convenient location, I am very sorry to learn that the overall condition of the hotel did not meet your expectations. I regret that you found the property dated and that aspects of the room, including the condition of the shower and the water leakage, detracted from your stay. I am also sorry to hear about the odour in the hallways and appreciate your comments regarding the need for refurbishment. Most concerning, however, is your feedback regarding the service you received from our Spa and Reception teams. Please accept my sincere apologies if you felt that the interactions were unfriendly or discourteous, as this is certainly not the standard of hospitality we strive to provide.
