A very nice and luxious airport hotel. Very well equipped, with many extras you may have forgotten are available, as well as it being attached to terminal 5 there’s many shops you can visit. A large bathroom that included a shower and full bath tub. Fabulous water temp and pressure! I did find the room quite stuffy and air conditioning did not blow cool air and barely circulated the stuffy air within the room. Also, the fridge provided was broken. Just the light would come on and certainly not cool enough to keep anything in there. I did pull it out to find the thermostat, but that didn’t make a difference. I was only staying one night and I really couldn’t be bothered after a day of travel to address it with reception. I had called down to reception earlier and they didn’t answer so I had to go down there for that issue, and I was not doing that again.

We also regret that you were unable to reach reception by phone, which understandably made it more difficult to report the issue during your stay. We arrived tired and stressed after a series of flights and unpleasant events. The gentleman at reception was courteous, gracious, friendly, and very helpful. A stark contrast to the British Airways customer service staff that we had dealt with a little bit earlier. He helped to cheer us up by letting us check in early and giving us an upgrade.
