A seemingly perfectly pleasant and convenient hotel at Heathrow Terminal 5. I arrived at it extremely tired and just wanted to lie down, plug my phone in and browse... Nope. Two round socket 5amp light sockets at either side of the bed... One for each of the table lamps and two more for...? Trolling? Lolz? No actual sockets at all on that side of the room. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great hotel and service I had the chance to be checked in several times by Aartee at reception, she is just amazing and very professional, I would love to wait more in the line and be checked in by her in the future I’m a frequent traveler for business and strongly recommend this hotel

Nocelee Business - TripAdvisor review

I was spotted in a queue of people waiting to check in and was ushered to an available colleague who was swift with the my check in and made all of the hotel facilities make sense. I upgraded my room and it was handled quickly and easily with amazing professionalism and warmth. Aartee is a credit to the hotel.

A great stay, and walked to check in

We were greeted upon arrival by the team, and served wonderfully by Rebecca. Our room was upgraded, and we had a King Sized bed in a very comfortable room. The bar was nice and relaxing, and the Vivre restaurant served great food. All of the staff were great. The next morning we walked the short distance to our BA check in process.
