Our holiday away isn’t a holiday unless we stay here before and after our holiday. It isn’t an option to stay anywhere else. The prestige suites are beautiful and the view over the runway keeps us entertained for ages. Love all the little touches in the suite that makes you feel you’re being looked after and that you as a customer are special. lounge access on 8th floor is a perfect way to start/end your evening. All the staff in the hotel are just insanely welcoming and friendly. They got it absolutely perfect!

The staff are all delightful. We stay here a couple of times a year. We always book a prestige suite which can be great value if you book well in advance. They also allowed us to check in early which was a nice gesture. It’s perfectly positioned and the view from room 600 is phenomenal. Bathroom is very classy with a great shower. Not sure if all the rooms are the same as we always ask for this room.

First rate hotel with excellent facilities and good access to Gatwick Airport. My son and I stayed here following his return flight from Asia. Great rooms allowing my son to recover from his flight. Breakfast buffet in the morning was really nice with plenty of choice and helpful staff. We used the car park next to the hotel so loading his bags the next day was quite straightforward.
