We were quite impressed with the Apartments, a 1 bedroom spacious king suite! Full kitchen Amenities, Housekeeping & Front desk service was Excellent. Doing renovations at Pool area so not able to comment. Location excellent laneway next to Terminal 21 SC, runs a small shuttle to and from Robinsons every 30 minutes,but walking only takes 7 minutes to BTS. Definately recommend & would return

Dissappointing

Firstly, the staff are very pleasant and friendly, I was not disappointed with them. What was a disappointment was that the pool was closed for renovation around the pool decking starting on the day of my stay, I was not made aware of this when making the booking on the AccorAll App and found out when I checked in and had already paid. The rooms are dated, but clean and the bed comfortable. Now the shower! It was terrible! The pressure is not very strong and the mixer for hot and cold is an absolute disaster! You need to wait at least five minutes for any warmth to arrive and when it does it is scalding hot, if you attempt to adjust the mixer it takes another five minutes to change and then it's ice cold for another five minutes, even if you move the mixer a small amount it takes a long time for the water temperature to adjust. It's such a waste of water and time and was frustrating and not pleasant. I called maintenance and he looked at this an indicated that it was normal and "need to wait". Anyway, it's not normal. Breakfast, very limited and low quality. There is also no restaurant or bar onsite. Location, close enough to walk to Asok, on a busy and a noisy street. Watch yourself crossing the road the bikes scream by. Gym, OK Another disappointment is that I emailed the hotel on the night I arrived to raise these matters with management. I did not receive a reply, or a phone call. As an Accor Platinum member and frequent visitor to BKK I unfortunately must say that I would not return and I would not recommend this property, it needs maintenance and better communication. There are a several other Accor properties close to this one that are significantly better and comparable in price. Sorry, but this is my experience.
