This was my third return stay at the Grand Mercure Residence, and it continues to be my absolute favourite place to stay in Bangkok. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel incredibly welcome. The entire team - from the front desk (khun Cream), concierge (khun Jakrit and one other I failed to catch his name) to the breakfast staff (khun Kwan & khun Nuch) - are consistently friendly, polite, and always eager to help with a smile. A special shoutout goes to our wonderful housekeeper, Ma-Prang. She was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ensuring our room was spotlessly clean and perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. It’s personalized care like this that truly sets this property apart. I cannot recommend the Grand Mercure Residence enough, and I’m already looking forward to my fourth visit!
