The rooms are large all be it a little dated and the location is great also. The staff here are amazing and make you feel very welcome.

To be honest the room was run down. Even though the friendly staff was kind enough to give me an upgraded room, I checked out after the first night and changed hotels even though my booking was for 2 nights. Please note that this is not a complaint. But genuine feedback. The location is great. But the rooms really need a makeover.

We usually stay here in Bangkok when we have to bring our two dogs with us for the convenient location near to the dog-friendly zone in Benjakitti Park. The suites are spacious and comfortable and our dogs feel relaxed there. However, car parking at the hotel is severely limited and the spaces are extremely narrow; we always struggle to find a spot. This needs improving. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
