Fadedsled TripAdvisor review

Have you ever been in a hotel room where everything just felt so dusty, greasy and dirty that you did could only fall to sleep in your clothes on top of the bed? This was that hotel. There was mould and hair in the shower, flaking paint on the walls, stains on the duvet, dust on every surface, mould in the windows, flies in the lamps - disgusting. The sad thing is that on checking in they said it was good we were in the "new" section. I complained and they said they would "Speak to housekeeping". This went far beyond housekeeping, and I have complained to Accor, but have not had any response.

Uncomfortable Stay

The room was horrendously cold, decor really needs updating as well. The windows were thin and could hear lots of sounds which woke me up several times in the night. Could hear other guests walking around and banging doors shut. When staff were told, there was no care or sympathy given. Will not be staying again.

I was arriving late and did not want my wife so tried to check in on the check in link which does not work. I eventually got booked in over the phone and paid for stay. It was very noisy in the morning a couple in a room next to us where having a domestic. Breakfast was good. Departure was difficult due to the fact the lady who was standing in on the reception did not know her job and did not want us to leave as she thought we had not paid which we had.
