Dear Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback following your return stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you found our staff friendly and our facilities adequate. However, we are truly sorry that your overall experience was affected by repeated disturbances throughout your stay. We sincerely apologise for the noise from the events, including the music and the unnecessary revving of car and motorcycle engines in our grounds. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly over three consecutive evenings when you were hoping to relax. Your comments regarding informing guests about scheduled events are appreciated and will be considered as we review how we communicate with our guests. We are also very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm activations. We appreciate that this was concerning, especially when it occurred more than once during your stay. Please be assured that the safety of our guests is our highest priority, and all alarm activations are taken seriously and investigated in line with our safety procedures. We fully understand your disappointment, especially as a returning guest, and we regret that we did not provide the peaceful and restful stay you expected.
