The room was freezing cold and made it difficult to get to sleep, when I was finally asleep I got woken up by people in the carpark under my room banging, chatting and shouting at 1 am and 2am. I would of been better off sleeping in the car. Also, I stood and waited to be seated for 5 minutes and the restaurant was empty, lovely building, just not very nice to stay in.

I would like to briefly attempt to describe my most recent stay at your hotel, in bullet points: - the room was lovely and spacious and the bed was comfortable, however unfortunately this is the only positive comment I can make in relation to it - there was a massive gap between the door and the floor, meaning I could hear every single sound/noise from the hallway, this unfortunately kept me up all night. - the bathroom was very dated, I struggled flushing the toilet and felt I had no privacy because

The room was large and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The location was a little remote, and, as someone who doesn't know the Bradford area, I did have a little trouble locating it. Once there, there were no real problems. I also had problems locating the breakfast room - signage could perhaps be clearer. The breakfast options were good, though. By the way, the reason why I stayed there wasn't mentioned overleaf. I chose the hotel mostly because friends were also staying there, although they told me prices were reasonable.

First room would not open, second room was above the restaurant where the music was very loud. Room was in a corridor where everyone has to walk to get to their rooms so it was very loud. Shower did not work

Overall was good. We should have asked for a quiet room as we had a lot of loud guests who talked loudly as they walked past the room, late and early. We stay a lot in hotels in N America and haven't seen this before.

Although staff were pleasant and helpful it is clear that the main guest spaces were very shabby. There was a musty smell at each of the entrances, black carpet tape was seen holding frayed carpet together, painted doors were in dire need of cleaning and fresh paint. This could be a very nice hotel.

I can safely say that this hotel room 221 had the WORST windows I have ever encountered in any hotel. Outside noise, cars running and reception area chatter was almost intolerable.

Everything about the stay was satisfactory with the exception of the bathroom ceiling which was black mould covered and had the paint peeling off. When I enquired about this on discovery I was not informed that all the bedrooms on the Bronte side were the same and was simply offered a room swap for my second night stay. It was not until the following day that I was informed the faulty extraction system had been to blame and that a redecoration programme was to begin soon. I stay several times a year and it was disappointing that no one offered any kind of recompense, a complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated for example.

Everything was good as usual from start to finish, it was nice to see Peter again on reception when we arrived he had got to be the best Receptionist I have come across in a long time and I stay in Hotels 3 or 4 times a month, I must also comment on James Thornhill the duty manager who was always there to answer questions, that is not to say that others are not they are. Wine selection too small most hotels stock White Zinfandel. No bitter Lemon or lemon tonic. Your wine is a tad dear, dearer than the other 4 & 5 star hotels I stay in, Your bar staff are excellent

Thanks once again. Great breakfast as usual. Just one thing - we have normally booked through Accor and I think we currently have Silver status with them (11 nights at the moment). When I booked on the Accor site it said that I would quality for a free drink coupon. Please could you confirm whether this is the case.

I stay often. this time was special because, though some fluke, I had met the parents of your food and beverage guy Tim, in Oxford, the week before, and Tim's girlfriend was on reception and gave me a big hug. It felt like I was being greeted by family! I always prefer room 258 so, when I arrive on 2TH DECEMBER, FOR TWO NIGHTS, IT WOULD BE LOVELY TO AHVE THE SAME ROOM !!!

Very poor signage so I ended up having to walk through most of the ground floor to find reception. The bathroom floor was 'spongey' it felt like it had no structure to it and very unsafe (like walking on rotten wood). The extractor fan made a terrible noise. Otherwise it was okay
