The hotel was the ame as before. The staff really try hard, but the fabric is in need of renovation

Cold plates for hot food at breakfast; polite staff; rooms rather run down eg cracked sink, dripping tap; evening food not particularly appetizing (got the feeling it was microwaved); alternative eateries not quick walking distance; always had to ask for drinks voucher, not offered; had to remember to ask for VAT receipt; plenty of free parking.

This is 2nd time staying here the 2nd room was lovely 153, lots of room, just needs a bit more tlc cracked window (taped up) and poor paintwork in toilet *doors etc and dirty tules

This was the third time we have stayed here, the breakfast and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is looking a little tired and would benefit from some TLC

After being initially impressed by the size of the room, we were soon very disappointed. There was a party going on, what sounded like directly below our room. When we called the reception at 11.15pm to ask when this would end, they advised midnight. Finally at 12.30am it stopped, we were then kept awake by drunk guests going to and from rooms all night.
