For many days I asked in the lobby to get warm water to shower, the breakfast was horrible in 3 days I asked for. I put a label outside of my door, Quiet please, I am sleeping, why the maid knocked my door and called to ask if I was needing anything else? really was sleeping since I had worked all night long.

Particularly the nights were freezing but there's not any heater, and the air conditioner was not sufficient for heating.

Although it was a little bit hard for me to make the reservation via internet, my stay in this hotel was more pleasant than previous stays. The guy in the front desk was very kind and he gave me a room facing to the back of the hotel (not to the periférico), so I had a very good rest. I had to start working at 2:30 am and the room was cozy, I could get some cofee at the front desk and I could finish my job on time. Thank you

The reception looks good but the room is very simple and looks old and not clean, not sure if the price is cheap but this was not a good expience and I don’t want to take this hotel anymore

Very poor welcoming at the front desk. Noisy room. Poor water sealing in the shower, all the water goes out of the shower to the entire bathroom area. Shower water pressure goes up and down and in occasions the water just shuts off for a moment and you have to wait until it comes back again. Horrible stay. I just wanted to finish my assignment as soon as possible.

Even though this hotel is not located downtown the cost benefit is very high because of all the staff. Starting in the reception. Then looking at the cleaness of the room or the quality of the breakfast. And on Wednesdays, there is a feijoada that gets a lot of demand from employees of the businesses located nearby

Stayed in Ibis Perinorte for a whole week for business purpose in the area. The hotel was pretty much what you would expect from Ibis line of hotel, right size of room, functional, and well-maintained. Despite being well-maintained, it can be seen that the hotel is actually quite old and refurbishment on its rooms can definitely give it a boost. Another thing that can be improved is the usage of double-glass windows to keep rooms more temperature-constant. But I guess this is general issue with buildings in Mexico as I haven't found one using double-glass windows yet. The lobby and restaurant seem to be recently renovated as it has modern design, quite spacious and very welcoming. Breakfast was good and actually has more suitable taste for international traveler than even 4-star hotels nearby (very subjective, as I found other hotels have too Mexican taste). Over the course of 7-days they managed to roll the menu quite well that it wasn't boring at all. Location is definitely the highlight as it is located right next to a big shopping mall with plenty of food choice (stand-alone KFC, McDonald, Italian and burger restaurant inside, and very extensive Food Court) and big supermarket to get almost everything you need. A big Walmart is also located right across the hotel, but the reception gave strong warning not to attempt crossing the street as it is not safe (people get mugged)... Another highlight will be the general friendliness of the hotel staffs with special highlight to a guy in the reception, Mr. Yamin, who went the extra miles of lengthy explanation of things and also the lady in the bar who always smiles while attending to guests. My 7-days stay was not without any issue though as there was major problem with Housekeeping. But my complain was well-received and rectified, and as I was assured that it was isolated incident, I am most likely to return to Ibis Perinorte.

You get what you need for a valueble price, not too fancy but it covers your need perfectly. The area is not very touristic but anyhow within reasonable distance to a lot of excursions such as Teotihuacan and Tepotzotlan. A taxi to downtown D.F is around 200MXN and the hotel has their "own" taxi service that worked very well. A normal taxi is less pricy but not much ~20-30MXN. My only remark would be that the staff did not speak very good english.
