The staff at this hotel is amazing and exceptionally friendly, especially Yoko—she is both caring and highly professional. The reception team is warm, welcoming, and fluent in both English and Spanish, which made communication easy. The kitchen and restaurant team are very attentive and keep the dining area well-managed, especially during peak times. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel
